Was charged for overage and data when I had called to get a plan with unlimited data. The lady said what plan I should go with and that she would call me the next day. I thought it was all taken care of except she never called. The month before I was charged three times for overage data. I think you should delete that overage charge and send me a free phone we’re continuing to stay a customer I’ve never missed a payment or have been late and I’ve never asked for anything. Please call me instead of emailing. ***-***-****. Email is *w.a.swenson @icloud.com*This is ridiculous treatment for a long-term customer. Charging $*** dollars for one month service is bad. If you would like to keep my business please send me the right plan I do not need auto payment or four lines. One line is all I need and unlimited data and a decent price .There are plenty of other companies that have cheaper plans.
