I made payment arrangements so isn't my service restored? And I was on prepaid a d was talked into getting a regular account with the promise my bill would not go up and it would stay the same. However it doubled and then tripled and I told them that this would happen I said if it does this again then I'm going to be very upset so so that's the first thing and then my phone the screen went blank so they sent me a replacement phone and I sent the other phone back a couple days later or maybe about a week later that phone the screen goes out and goes black so I have lost so much money in business like I can't even tell you how much money hundreds and hundreds of dollars I've lost due to this so I wanted to get my phone unlocked so that I could Port my number with still paying the bill I just can't pay it right now I have a payment arrangement to pay it on the **th so I would like my service restored so I can Port my number because I am not going to lose any more money I've already been evicted now because I couldn't pay my rent my boyfriend passed away on the **th I couldn't make funeral arrangements I couldn't do anything my hands have been tied I have been held hostage in all my money disappearing because of all of this faulty phones not being true to their word about the phone bill so I would just like my number to be able to be ported so can you help me with this?
