We are not happy with the service of verizon. We have been loyal customers for over a year now. The problem started out with us getting the suggested plan on **.** unlimited talk text and web. We both ran out of high speed data within * days. I called to chat with customer service about it and they said I should do the **.** plan and I would surely have high speed data data for the month. Wrong. I run out within * days every month. Today we talked about getting new phones, trying to reduce our usage of data, which is hard with our jobs, and giving you a second chance. So we did. We made the absolute wrong choice. I'm out of high speed data and I can't finish the tasks in a timely manner that my occupation requires. My husbands new phone won't even connect to the internet! I stayed on the phone between your troubleshooter and Tech specialist for a total of * hours today! And he STILL has no internet and I received NO call back as the lady stated. I refuse to raise my payment again just for me to run out of data that I pay more money already, and my husband will not either as he can't even get the right help with getting his to let him get any service at all. This is ridiculous and I'm very un pleased that we gave verizon yet ANOTHER CHANCE! We are going back to AT&T soon as our month is up. Since we as customers are only a number to your company, my phone number is ***-***-****, and my husbands is ***-***-****. My name, if it matters, is Cassidy Treadwell. I don't expect you will get back to me because this is the service we have ALWAYS received. But it would be nice for once that we were contacted back in a timely manner to show you at least semi care about your customers! We are very loyal customers who always pay a bill. We were with our last provider for over ** years when we made the switch to verizon and its been nothing but disappointment since then. I'm beyond pissed
