*** CJF Fripp Island, SC*Just so you know, this property Was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The tile floors (bathrooms and kitchen) were dirty (grass, pine straw, dirt), obviously never mopped. The kitchen floor had coffee spilled and left without cleaning. The light over the kitchen table is filthy, streaked with dirt and dust . The downstairs air vents are covered with Mold, rust, dirt, cobwebs and I question the quality of the air we breathe during these times of COVID. I am already coughing and choking. The front upstairs bedroom only had one fitted sheet on it and the pillows smell like somebody’s head. We do not want to use bedspread to cover up because they are not clean. A top sheet would be nice. The blinds do not open...A closet door is off track. The lampshade is broken. The back bedroom has the screen door off track and the glass sliding glass door is filthy, not having been cleaned in a while. The towels were folded and wet. These are just a few things that should have been taken care of before renting. I question whether a maid even stepped foot in this place. I don’t know if you are aware of these problems, but you need to know.
