I canceled my reservation for the same reason. I canceled a full month before the date when I would lose my deposit. I discussed the issue on a VRBO chat line with no resolution. I then spoke with Nicole at VRBO on ***-***-**** who advised my refund was issued on ** June. I told her the refund is not on my visa account. She advised that I take a screen shot of my credit card statements from * December when I paid the deposit until today ** July. VRBO has no need to review my credit card activity, especially over a * month period. Nicole claims that my case has been forwarded to VRBOs production team who will review my case. Nicole said I would receive a response ASAP, but when pressed could not say if that would be days, months, or years. I want my refund!
