I had booked a cabin and. Found out this morning through email and the Vrbo app that I was refunded and my trip was cancelled due to double booking. I had purchased * rd party travel insurance for $** but I didn’t get that money back. I feel like since it wasn’t my fault that there was a cancellation I need to be reimbursed for that expense since it was vrbo’s Mess up. *I have tried to call and have waiting up to ** minutes with Vrbo and then I get disconnected due to longer than expected wait times and high call volume. *Please call or email me back and let me know how I can be reimbursed.
