On April **, **** I called VRBO to cancel my upcoming reservations for July *, ****- July *, ****.*The Individual listing the rental property took it down and so I was not able to cancel by logging in.*I called and spoke with a Customer Service Rep named Ryan. He informed me that I could cancel and receive my full refund of the deposit ($***.**) he also stated that it should take about *-* weeks to see the refund. *It has now been * weeks and I have yet to see my refund. *Can someone please contact me as soon as possible regarding this matter. **Thank you,*Christine Rose
