As a retired letter carrier with 35 years of service, I worked as a holiday annuitant last year and was hopeful when they mentioned needing my help again. However, when I applied, they assessed me using the score from a previous exam, which led to me not being hired due to discrepancies in the scoring systems. Despite being verbally offered a job on December 7, I have yet to receive the official email job offer as of December 14. This delay is causing me financial stress, especially since I am currently off the schedule at my other job for December. I am also aware that a background check and drug test are required. Is there any way to determine how my last year's exam score would equate to on the new exam, as this situation is affecting my income for the month?

As a postal worker with nearly four years of experience, I used to enjoy my job but now face a hostile work environment. An employee is intimidating others, and the postmaster fails to address the issue. Despite numerous complaints from several employees, I am being targeted and the situation is escalating. The supervisor is supportive, but the postmaster takes no action, except for one minor write-up that required the supervisor's intervention. I have been verbally abused by this employee, had my parcels hidden, and even left work ill due to stress without any concern from the postmaster. The employee's behavior towards customers has also been unacceptable. I feel stuck and unsure of what steps to take as the only grievance I can file is against management, not the problematic employee. I just wish for fairness and accountability in the workplace.

I have been working at the post office for nearly four years, and what used to be a job I loved has turned into a hostile environment. I am one of many employees experiencing issues. The post master and an employee are creating a toxic atmosphere through intimidation, with no action taken to address it. Despite complaints, no significant changes have been made. The supervisor is supportive, but the post master tends to ignore the problems. There have been instances of confrontations and mistreatment from the employee in question, which have even impacted my health. The lack of accountability is frustrating as I want everyone to be treated fairly. I am at a loss for how to proceed as my only option seems to be filing a grievance against management rather than the employee causing the issues.

I received a job offer and completed all the required steps except for the fingerprinting. I contacted the number provided in the email for the fingerprinting process, but I was told they would send me an email. It has been a month, and I have not received any communication. I am worried because the recording mentioned that applications only last for 60 days. I have applied to other positions and received job offers, but if I accept them, it implies declining the previous offer. I am unsure if I should continue waiting or take another job offer.

Hello, I was employed as a PSE at the Tucson distribution center from November 9th, [redacted], to January 3rd, [redacted], under a temporary appointment. I recently received Form 50 stating termination due to lack of work (code [redacted]). My performance was satisfactory with perfect attendance, and my 30-day evaluation went smoothly. However, upon inquiring about returning, I was informed that my name was not on the call-back list, without a clear explanation. I tried reaching out to my supervisor, Ute Hayes, who was on leave without success. I am puzzled by this situation and wonder if it's typical for a PSE to be excluded from the call-back list arbitrarily. Could there be an oversight in updating the list? Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you, Dennis C. [redacted] Employee #0[redacted]

I am having trouble reaching human resources at 1-[redacted]. They are not accepting my employee ID or PIN number, and I am unable to log into PostalEASE and LiteBlue. I have been trying to contact them as I am in the process of retiring. The last communication I received from them mentioned an error on a retirement form, which I corrected and returned as instructed. Now, I have an important question but can't get through to them. Can someone provide assistance on how to resolve this issue or offer a direct contact number?

Three packages were sent to my P.O. Box at the [redacted] area post office. I didn't pick them up, but someone else did without checking their identity or getting a signature. I haven't been able to reach USPS customer service about this issue. The [redacted] area post office didn't have a supervisor available when I visited multiple times. The staff member at the window was polite but couldn't provide much help. I've been waiting for these packages for around three months. I'm not sure what steps to take next. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I was expecting a package delivery on 9/28/20, but it did not arrive even though the tracking status said it was "out for delivery." Today, 9/29/20, the tracking information mentioned there was "no secure location" to leave the package. Typically, my packages are either left on my front doorstep or in the mailroom of my apartment building, so this was unusual. I need to inform USPS to leave my package at the front doorstep or in the mailroom/front entrance as usual. The tracking number is [redacted]. My address is [redacted] Ridge Ave., Apt C18, Philadelphia, PA [redacted]. Thank You, Falonte R.

Hello, I’m Randy Bell from Fresno, CA. I've been offered the position of Mail Handler Assistant, and the background investigation and fingerprinting were completed on November 20th. I also have another application pending for the position of PSE Sales & Services/Distribution Associate, with a status of "pre-hire list." With my extensive customer service experience, I feel the Services/Distribution Associate role might be a better fit, although I am open to either position. I would appreciate any insights you can provide on the time frame for these positions and what being on a pre-hire list entails. I am looking forward to potentially joining the team. Thank you, RB.

I recently accepted a job offer for a CCA position in Titusville, FL on 11/30/20. The offer letter instructed me to contact [redacted] to schedule fingerprinting within 5 days. Despite emailing Ms. Murphy on 11/30/20, 12/2/20, and 12/7/20, and visiting the Titusville branch, I haven't received a response. I'm worried about missing the deadline and uncertain if Ms. Murphy is the correct contact. I am eager to start with USPS and want to ensure I meet all requirements on time.

I applied for a position with USPS and was invited to an orientation. In the email, I confirmed my understanding that if I did not attend, it would signify a lack of interest in the job. Despite that, I did not attend, and now I have received mail about personnel action taken against me. I am concerned that I may have inadvertently become employed due to a miscommunication. If so, I would like to know if this can be rectified if I wish to apply for a position in the future.

I am seeking to have my fingerprints taken for a job application at USPS. Despite reaching out to a support specialist, I have yet to receive the necessary information regarding the location for this process. After emailing the specialist, my request has gone unanswered, and they are no longer responding to my emails or calls. I have a deadline of five calendar days to complete this task, but it has been over three days (weekdays) and I am still without a scheduled time or location.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a job offer I received. I have been in the application process since June [redacted], completing tasks such as background checks and fingerprints, which have since expired and needed to be redone. I obtained medical clearance in December [redacted] and have been offered multiple positions, declining all but one. Despite everything checking out, there have been delays in the hiring process. I resigned from a CCA position for personal reasons and reapplied for a PSE position with the USPS. I have been communicating via email with staff about the various issues with my application. I am eager to begin working and would appreciate assistance in resolving these delays to avoid having to redo steps like fingerprints and background checks for the third time. Thank you.

I woke up and noticed the mail truck leaving, realizing too late that I incorrectly addressed 4 Valentine's cards for my grandkids with the wrong zip code. I've been trying to reach my local post office without success to notify them of the mistake. The Blawnox post office is where I need to contact, with the correct zip code being [redacted] in Penn Hills, not [redacted] as I originally wrote. The 4 red envelopes are crucial for my grandchildren, and I hope to rectify this before they go through the sorting process multiple times.

I recently left my job to join the USPS, initially planning to relocate for the position. However, I received a job offer from a USPS location in my hometown, Fitzgerald, GA, and accepted it promptly. Currently, my job status shows as Offer Phase (EXT). After speaking with the postmaster in Fitzgerald, I was informed it will be some time before I start. It has been almost a month since I accepted the job offer, but there have been no updates or emails regarding training or the start date. According to the initial communication, I was expecting to hear back within a few days. I am unsure about the timeline for training and beginning work, so any clarification on when I can anticipate starting would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received a resignation form but I do not wish to quit my job at USPS. I am dedicated to my work and love being part of the team. It would be ideal for me to work closer to my hometown. Despite having discussed this with the postmaster, my full-time schedule makes it challenging for me to travel to Sulphur Springs, as I often work overtime. I provided a screenshot of my doctor's note to him as requested, but I have not received a response. I am eager to stay with USPS and am seeking assistance to resolve this matter.
