Hello, my name is Connie S. Mattix residing at PO Box [redacted] on North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, AZ [redacted]. I have discovered criminal activity involving the changing of a mailbox plate adjacent to mine at number [redacted] to the name Letha Benton. My personal driver's license was mistakenly delivered to this mailbox and subsequently used fraudulently in Scottsdale, AZ. This individual has engaged in various illegal activities such as Medicare fraud, grants, and potentially more. I have reported this matter to the Scottsdale police authorities in both Old Town and Via Linda. A State Farm receipt with Letha Benton's name was found associated with mailbox [redacted], indicating suspicious behavior. I suspect foul play directed at me for unknown reasons. Today, I informed the manager at the Old Town main post office and was advised to contact the Washington Postmaster General's attorneys. Upon exposing the wrongdoing, the plate on the mailbox neighboring mine was swiftly removed to conceal the illicit activities. I believe these actions transpired from September, when my new driver's license was issued, up until this past April. The removal of the mailbox plate following the discovery adds to my concerns. I suspect more illicit activities beyond identity theft, potentially involving malpractices during previous elections. Letha Benton constantly received misdelivered items belonging to me. This situation demands a thorough investigation, as it is distressing to consider individuals within our nation stooping so low as to unlawfully obtain and misuse personal information for deceitful purposes, including fraud and subsequent cover-ups.

My son, who is in the military, sent me a letter during the second week of July. Unfortunately, the letter has been held at the South Charleston WV post office since July 23. Additionally, I recently received a package, but the postal worker mistakenly placed the wrong key in my mailbox, preventing me from accessing the package. On September 15, [redacted], I was notified by the Egg Harbor Township post office that a package had been delivered. I received an email from USPS regarding this package pickup. However, the package was supposed to be delivered to Absecon, NJ, and not to me in Egg Harbor Township. The tracking information shows that the package went from delivery to Absecon, then was returned to Egg Harbor Township where an individual picked it up. Despite this, I did not receive the package at the postal facility as indicated in the notification. I contacted the post office, and they informed me that it would be delivered. The USPS notification incorrectly states that the package was delivered and picked up by an individual, which did not happen in reality.

Hello, I recently ordered a Lego set from the USA and used Paypal for payment. The package was sent via USPS to Belgium with tracking number LZ[redacted]78US. The issue arose when it reached Belgian customs as it showed "additional payment required" in the tracking history, but I never received any notification about the amount owed. Unfortunately, my mom, who received a letter from Bpost Belgium with the payment details, mistook it for junk mail and didn't inform me until after the deadline had passed. As a result, my package is currently held up at customs and is on the way back to the sender in the USA, according to the latest tracking update. Is it possible to arrange payment to release the package from customs before it is returned to the USA? The post office claims my son's package was delivered to our front porch on August 26th, but we did not receive it. Interestingly, my husband's parcel, delivered the same day, was left at the back door. I am keen on identifying our mail carrier to ask them to search their vehicle for my son's missing package. Hello, I am currently facing a concerning issue with receiving mail for a previous resident who no longer lives at my address. Despite following the correct procedure of marking the mail and requesting it to be returned to the sender, I continue to receive their mail. In my attempts to contact the post office, I have faced difficulties. The postal carrier even left a note indicating that they did not have a forwarding address for the individual. The next day letter was sent on September **, ****, from Tacoma, WA, and was last in possession by USPS in Seattle WA Distribution Center. The tracking only shows it departed on September ** at *:** am and is in transit. I paid $** for next day delivery, and I have not received the item yet. I now realize I should have sent them as regular mail for quicker delivery. Due to being disabled and at risk of falling, as well as unable to walk far or drive, I had requested to have my packages delivered to my front door instead of by the mailbox in the driveway. Lately, however, I've noticed that delivery personnel are leaving packages by the mailbox or handing them to individuals on my property, who are sometimes workers claiming to be able-bodied. This has resulted in some of my packages going missing, causing me significant inconvenience due to my mobility issues. Given that many of these packages contain important medication that I cannot easily replace if lost, it is crucial that all deliveries are brought directly to my front door and not left unattended or given to unauthorized individuals on the property. I understand the complexity of the situation, and I hope we can find a solution that ensures my packages are delivered safely and securely without any further issues.

To whom it may concern, I am inquiring about a package scheduled for delivery at [redacted] Southwood Drive, Asheboro, NC [redacted]. Yesterday, we received a note from the mail carrier stating the package couldn't be delivered without a hand-delivered signature. We opted to have it left in the garage today (9/24) and signed accordingly. However, when we checked recently, the red flag was down, and there was no mail. My husband was home with the garage open all day. Our neighbor mentioned the mail carrier had been into our garage previously while we were out. I am concerned about my certified letter that was rescheduled for delivery on 10/8 but did not arrive. The new delivery date was scheduled for 10/9, yet I have not received the letter. I am frustrated with the delays regarding my certified letter containing my paycheck. I have already rescheduled the delivery for October 8th and an agent recently rescheduled it for October 9th. I was told a manager would call me to explain the situation, but I have not received any updates. I am exhausted from this back and forth and just want my letter. It's unacceptable to be given false information and experience this level of inefficiency. Patience has run out, and the lack of transparency is extremely disappointing. This treatment is unacceptable, and I wouldn't wish this on anyone.
