Today, I was expecting a few items from Amazon - a phone case, screen covers, small pool parts, and a pair of shoes. While two small packages were left in my mailbox as expected, the package containing the pool parts and shoes was not. I received a message saying the customer requested these items be taken back to USPS for pickup, which is not true. It's puzzling why one package was taken back while the others were left. Our mailbox is at the beginning of the road, so I wonder if the location was an issue for the delivery driver. We've never asked for our packages to be held for pickup, so I'm confused by this situation. Just seeking clarification on why this occurred. Thank you.

We recently relocated on April 17th and experienced delays in receiving our mail. Despite tracking information stating our packages were delivered, Amazon marked them as undeliverable. When I spoke to the postman, he initially denied knowledge but later found five missing packages in his truck. He claimed he had not worked the previous day, yet some packages were overdue. For the past 5 weeks, I have been unable to access my mailbox because the key provided by the USPS no longer opens the lock. I have been trying to reach USPS for a week now, and each time I call, they promise to get back to me, but I end up having to follow up with them. Initially, they claimed the delivery person was ill, which sounded dubious. Then, after assuring me they would call back shortly, I waited for two days without a response. Upon calling them again, they mentioned the package may have been returned, which is frustrating because it was a gift from Dubai intended for a visiting family member. I have lost trust in their services due to this recurring issue and will refrain from using USPS in the future. I plan to escalate this matter by notifying the media, contacting the BBB, and any other relevant entities to address this problem. The lack of accountability from USPS employees and managers is unacceptable, considering this is not the first time I have encountered such problems with their service.

I am extremely frustrated with USPS. I sent a small package to my grandson on April 11 for his birthday. It did not arrive on time, and despite tracking showing it reached Missoula the same day, there were no further updates. After contacting them by phone multiple times, I was told to wait a month. The damaged package finally arrived on May 18, torn and with a $20 bill missing. Although I understand sending cash was not wise, USPS shouldn't employ thieves. The package was insured for $50 and contained a puzzle box with the missing money. The remains are in San Rafael, CA, while I am in Montana. I doubt I will receive any reimbursement, but I am a very dissatisfied customer.

I recently received an email regarding a failed package delivery in February, with the reference number US/[redacted] provided. Despite someone always being home, the email stated no one was available to sign for the package, which was puzzling. I filled out the redelivery form and paid the fee. On May 10th, I received another email stating my package was ready for redelivery and providing a form link. Unfortunately, when I tried to fill out the form with tracking number CE[redacted]55US, it was deemed invalid. After attempting to contact customer service without success, I am left unsure of how to proceed in getting my package redelivered.

I am requesting a refund for a lost package. In November [redacted], I engaged with the USPS system and recently received an email stating they were unable to locate my missing item(s). The email included details of my search request, mentioning a specific tracking number #[redacted][redacted]69. Despite our efforts, the item could not be found. My time-sensitive medication package was due yesterday, but a delivery exception was issued due to an animal at my large apartment complex. I contacted the postal service to address mailbox break-ins in my area. The customer service representative assured me that the postal worker assigned to the route should report any theft. However, I felt the interaction was rushed. With break-ins occurring frequently at night due to poorly secured mailboxes, I suspect the responsible postal worker is not fulfilling their duty. The easy access to mailboxes in my complex is a serious concern. I am seeking advice on preventing future incidents and potentially rerouting my mail to be picked up at the Post Office. I shipped a Priority Mail package with tracking number [redacted][redacted]55 on 06/06/[redacted], but the package arrived at its destination damaged. I recently had a package marked as delivered, but I didn't receive it. The local USPS suggested it might be a "PayPal purchase no delivery scam" and advised me to report it to the USPIS. They confirmed the tracking was authentic but couldn't disclose the delivery location. To get my money back via PayPal, they need the sender's tracking info and the delivery report with city, state, and ZIP code. However, names and addresses were not included. To help with my refund process ($99.00), PayPal requests this information from the post office for further action. My goal is to gather the necessary details to provide to PayPal for a refund.

Tracking Number: CY[redacted]19US Hello, I recently received a notification stating, "Addressee not available - Will attempt delivery on next working day." I live in a condo with 24/7 security and package reception that regularly accepts deliveries from Amazon, DHL, and UPS without any issues. I find it strange that my address was deemed unavailable for delivery this time. Please reach out to me if I need to pick up the package elsewhere. Hello customer service, I would like to report that my package with tracking number LH[redacted]01US, addressed to Leila, has not reached the intended destination. The tracking record indicates it arrived in Tel Aviv on June 24th, but this is not accurate as confirmed by the response from Tel Aviv customer service on 12/07/[redacted]. The item has not yet arrived in Israel. As per international law, the sender is the rightful owner until delivery, so I kindly request the sender to contact their local Postal Administration for an official inquiry to locate the item. Israel Post will respond once the Origin Postal Administration submits their findings. Thank you.

I paid a $2 fee for a package delivery and after the payment was processed, I was directed to yogadays.online on my account summary. I contacted them for a refund but was informed they don't offer refunds. I contacted the bank, who confirmed the $2 deduction and suggested filing a claim. They cancel my card to prevent further charges. Now, I'm unable to pay the fee for the delivery. Can I pay the $2 fee to the mailman in cash upon delivery or at the USPS office? Alternatively, I can provide my new address for delivery before I leave next week. What is the best course of action in this situation?
