I made an online purchase, and the website used an old address without giving me a chance to confirm it. Unfortunately, they were unable to update the address, so my order will be sent to the previous location through FedEx and USPS. Hello! I am from Guatemala and the restrictions on receiving international mail have been lifted since April. I made a purchase in August, and it was shipped in early September. I am concerned about the status of my package as it has been almost five months since it was shipped by USPS. I am also facing a similar issue with two orders I placed on Etsy. The first item was purchased in October, already shipped but not received, and the second item was ordered on January 21st this year. I have not received any updates on these packages. For the past six months, I have faced a recurring issue with my disability payments. Recently, a letter was sent to me but was returned to the sender, leading to a halt in my payments. Despite my efforts to resolve the problem by speaking to the carrier, contacting the post office, initiating two cases, labeling my mailbox, and setting up a forwarding address, the situation remains unresolved. Upon reaching out to you for assistance, I keep receiving the same explanation that the carrier mistakenly sent back my mail. However, I am familiar with the carrier, as is my mother, and she denies being responsible for the issue. I am seeking clarification on the status of my mail delivery.

I submitted a complaint with the case number 21826XXX, but I haven't received any response yet. I've sent numerous emails and received replies from the post office at [redacted], indicating that the issue was resolved, but I haven't heard anything further. I have evidence to support my claim, including messages from someone I met online whose sister works at USPS in Seattle. Despite filing a complaint, I'm concerned that the temporary change of address to 6B Douglas Dr in FL was done improperly. This situation has caused me to lose important documents and government funds. If this isn't rectified soon, I may have to seek legal assistance. Dear USPS Customer Care, I regularly send parcels with tracking from Germany to the United States for my online business. Despite tracking information, many parcels sent over the last 4 months haven't reached their destination in your country. When I contacted Deutsche Post, they assured me the parcels are in the U.S. but not yet registered in your system. I kindly request that my parcels are accepted and delivered, considering the challenges I face operating my business officially in Germany at the moment. I made a purchase from Cloudmall in China and was surprised to find out that my package had already arrived in South Carolina, specifically in Greenville. Despite tracking it daily, I was unaware of its location. Unfortunately, the package was missing the apartment number, but I had provided it in my address when I placed the order. The package is now being returned to China due to this issue. I believe if it's in Greenville, they should be able to add the Apt number, which is 9D, to facilitate delivery to [redacted] Furman Hall Road, Apartment 9D, Greenville, South Carolina [redacted]. I received a notification from Informed Delivery about two packages being delivered, but upon checking, they were not found where they were supposed to be. Our new mail carrier seems to be struggling with the mailbox and has been hand-delivering mail instead. I am unsure about the contents of the missing packages. I received an email from USPS stating they tried to contact me twice. Due to COVID, our office was closed for a few days. If the delivery happens tomorrow, there's a $3.00 charge, but it reduces to $1.00 the next day. I'm usually available from 9 - 5 daily, except on Saturdays when I'm there from 9 - 3:30. I receive my mail at the Century 21 office. I'm hesitant to provide credit card information online due to security concerns but can provide it over the phone if necessary. Hello, I have been experiencing ongoing problems with the USPS delivery service since mid-[redacted], with packages consistently being misplaced. Despite numerous complaints and visits to the postal office, the issue persists. Recently, on February 11, two packages were marked as delivered to my small apartment mailbox. When I checked, only one small package was present, while the other, which I knew to be too big for the mailbox, was missing. After a frustrating exchange with postal office staff, I finally reached a helpful representative who informed me about insurance on the missing package and advised me on how to proceed with a claim. It seems many of my neighbors are also facing similar delivery issues. My delivery was scheduled for Monday, Feb. 22, [redacted], but it unexpectedly arrived on Sunday, Feb. 21, [redacted]. However, it was marked as delivered, even though it wasn't. I live in a two-story apartment with two sides, A and B, at Northfield Green in Portland, Maine. This happened before with a Sunday delivery, and the driver admitted to not delivering it to my address. Despite waiting until Monday, Feb. 22, [redacted], there was still no delivery. The package was vital, containing carefully chosen products from Amazon Prime for my physically challenged little fox terrier. I hope you can locate the package; if not, I urge you to prevent this situation from happening to others, especially during these challenging times. The delivery note indicating it was left by the front door or porch doesn't match my apartment at [redacted] Apt. 66 Allen Ave., Portland, Maine [redacted]. I inadvertently signed up for a recurring subscription for postcard stamps without realizing it. I received multiple rolls of stamps in the mail and only understood what happened when I noticed the charges on PayPal. After reaching out to a phone representative on Feb. 1, [redacted], I was instructed to return the unopened stamp rolls to USPS for a refund. I have sent back the stamps in three separate packages but have yet to see the funds credited back to my PayPal account. I bought three tracking numbers, but one item was returned to me as it didn't reach the intended destination. Additionally, the other two shipping labels I printed were not to scale, making them unscannable at the post office, and both had incorrect addresses. I checked the addresses before reprinting the second label, but it was also incorrect. I am hoping to receive a refund for all three labels since they are unusable. I purchased a package with "2-day priority" shipping. I can expect minor delays, but waiting 14 days with no update for the past 4 days is unacceptable. My tracking suggests a stall due to "severe weather," which is frustrating. I demand a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for. I have shipped a package to Indonesia and paid for insurance with USPS in US Dollars. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. I have filed a claim with USPS and the receiver has reported the damage to the Indonesia Postal Service. Despite contacting USPS multiple times and offering to provide photos of the damage report, I was informed that the case was closed as they did not receive the report from Indonesia. I mailed an express package (tracking# [redacted][redacted]01) on Feb 18 via USPS Priority Express, and it's been stuck at the origin facility in California. I have encountered an issue with two packages I sent to a customer. The first one seems to have been stolen, as she only mentioned not receiving it a month later. The second package, sent with priority shipping, has been in transit for 10 days, with conflicting tracking information indicating it arrived on the 22nd or still in transit. I made a purchase on a website, and during checkout, I was offered the option to expedite shipping for an additional $40 for 1-2 day delivery. However, despite paying the extra amount, my package took 6 to 7 days to arrive. I kindly request a refund of the $40 charge for expedited shipping as the service I paid for was not fulfilled. After moving from [redacted] to [redacted] in October [redacted], I completed the Change of Address paperwork, leaving copies in both old and new mailboxes, including speaking directly to the old and new carriers. Despite giving my new address in person, mail continued to go to the old address. I tried the online change of address too, paid the fee, and got confirmation, but still no mail forwarding. Even when I sent an envelope to the old address with the new one for return, it wasn't forwarded. When I asked my carrier, they mentioned mail coming from different centers. I left a note at the old address, but still get mail there. Please help me resolve this issue with USPS. Thank you!

I am anticipating the delivery of a package (Tracking Number [redacted][redacted]74) to my home ([redacted] SW 29th Avenue, Miami, FL, [redacted]). The package was originally set to arrive yesterday (2/26/[redacted]), but I missed it as a signature was required. I arranged for a Redelivery today (2/27/[redacted]), but was unsuccessful due to not knowing I had to sign the pink slip left at my door. I still have the slip. I just attempted to request another Redelivery for Monday (3/1/[redacted]), but I am encountering difficulties on the USPS website. It seems that scheduling a second Redelivery online is not an option. To resolve the situation, I kindly ask for: 1). A Redelivery be scheduled for Monday (3/1/[redacted]). 2). If feasible, to waive the signature requirement. As I am at work during delivery times, it is challenging for me to sign for the package. My stepfather posted a package on March 2nd around noon for guaranteed overnight delivery to [redacted] Vetter Ave, Louisville, Kentucky [redacted]. Today is March 8th, [redacted], and the package has not arrived. Despite checking the tracking all week, it only shows as "in transit" since its last scan in Tallahassee on 3/2/21 at 11:30 p.m. The importance of this package cannot be overstated. Unfortunately, contacting the Tallahassee post office has proven to be a challenge as they do not answer calls.
