I am requesting to opt-out of the new SUREPOST delivery service to the Post Office currently in place. As a paraplegic over the age of 65 with mobility challenges, online shopping is my primary way to purchase goods due to difficulties in physical stores. Previously, UPS delivered directly to my home, allowing me easier access to packages. With the recent switch to SurePost, it has become inconvenient for me. During the winter, I struggled to clear my driveway for postal pick-ups. Nonetheless, with spring's arrival, delivery drivers should not face any issues dropping packages at my address, as they have done for many years. William S. My champagne package from Mumm Napa has been attempted for delivery three times. Unfortunately, I keep receiving emails stating they were unable to deliver. I live in a 55+ apartment complex where the front doors are locked after 5 pm on weekdays and all weekend. There is a phone number for entry. No attempts were made to call from the front door during the designated delivery hours, and no notes were left on the previous attempts. I will contact Mum to discuss a different delivery method as this is not the first time this issue has occurred. The tracking number is 1ZY85F21A[redacted]13. I was downstairs checking the mail when I received the latest unsuccessful delivery notification.

I mistakenly used the wrong shipping label on a sale, leading to the correct item being declined for shipment. It was dropped off at the UPS store located at [redacted] S Grand Blvd Ste 2 in Spokane, Washington, by my friend on Friday, May 13, [redacted], at 11:19 AM. The UPS store's phone number is [redacted]. The tracking number on the package mistakenly used is 1Z18v[redacted][redacted]. I’m looking for information on where the item was returned to. If it hasn't been shipped out, I request that the UPS store holds onto it until I can pick it up. If it has been sent back or redirected, I kindly ask for a new tracking number for this package.

I am experiencing significant challenges in reaching a human representative through your phone system. My situation is complex. A package was delivered by UPS to UC San Diego with tracking number -1Z30AF[redacted]70. Regrettably, the package was misplaced after delivery to the wrong location on campus and subsequently handed back to a UPS driver. I sent a package that arrived damaged, despite insuring it for $[redacted]. The shipper, UPS Store#[redacted], submitted a claim on May 9th, but there has been no update. Despite visiting the store, I was informed the person handling claims is on a two-week break, leaving no one else capable of checking the claim status. UPS informed me that the necessary paperwork was sent to the store on May 17th. Even though my name is on the claim, I am unable to follow up on it. Claim#F[redacted]. There must be a more efficient process to advance the claim instead of relying solely on one individual. I have reached out to multiple UPS toll-free numbers without success. As a business owner, my truck recently broke down, and I ordered a part from eBay to fix it. The package was sent from New York to Winnemucca, NV [redacted]. However, UPS encountered an issue and sent the package back due to its weight. After speaking with UPS, I was informed the package was damaged in Winnemucca. This error has caused me to be unable to work for two weeks, leading me to seek compensation for my lost wages. I have already informed my lawyer about the situation, and they are prepared to assist me in resolving this matter. It is crucial that the package is returned to me promptly. My brother has still not received the package I sent him. Unfortunately, my husband accidentally threw away the receipt. Despite not recalling the exact date it was sent, I contacted the UPS store that handled the shipment. By providing my phone number, the employee located the transaction and informed me that the package was delivered on May 17th to the rear door of the recipient's home. I recently checked with my brother (as of 5/30/[redacted]) and he confirmed there is no package at his place, even after consulting with neighbors. I am unsure of the package's current location and would like a refund for the shipping costs. I chose UPS over the post office due to the latter's closure that day, and the package was intended to reach my brother before his graduation. I am disappointed with this experience and will not be using UPS in the future.

I was recently informed by my tenant that my wood flooring delivery was left in her garage behind my house instead of at the front door. This is causing inconvenience as I am unable to move the heavy flooring myself. I believe the delivery was made yesterday and if the wood is damaged, I will need to file a claim. I am frustrated as it seems unnecessary for UPS drivers to pass my driveway and front door to make deliveries behind my home. I request that a driver is sent to retrieve the package from my tenant's garage and deliver it to my front door facing the street. I have been receiving notifications stating that my package couldn't be delivered, despite no apparent reason for the issue. This package was intended for delivery to a school, where I regularly receive UPS packages without any problems. Strangely, I received another notification yesterday reporting a failed delivery attempt. The school receives deliveries during business hours without any issues, so I am perplexed as to why my package is facing difficulties. It is frustrating to have to purchase replacement items that should have arrived days ago. UPS has always successfully delivered my packages in the past, making this current situation even more baffling and inconvenient.

I placed a package in a UPS drop box, unfortunately, it appears to have been lost as it was never picked up. The tracking number is 1Z72F[redacted][redacted]. I contacted customer service on 5/11 and was told they would open a claim and email me, but I never received the email. I called again on 6/3, and they said they opened a claim, but when I try to check the status using the claim number provided, it says it's invalid. The same happens when I try using the tracking number on the website. I've also tried to open a new claim, but it says I need to associate my account with an account number, which I have already done. This situation is frustrating as I'm now being charged by the retailer for the lost package, and I have no proof of the claim to show them. The website is not functioning correctly, and it's been challenging to speak to a representative.

I recently placed an order with blushMark for a package to be delivered to [redacted] Montrose Park Way, Atlanta, Georgia [redacted]. Unfortunately, the package was sent to the wrong address despite my online change of address request. I specified that it should be delivered to the mailbox. It has been nearly a month, and the package is still missing. The recipient's name is Alimah Ogunnowow, and the package from BLUSHMARK seems to be taking an awfully long time to arrive. I suspect the issue lies in the incorrect delivery address. I placed an order with BlushMark, but unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address. I reported an issue with a package on May 27th, but no one reached out as promised. My package mix-up occurred when the UPS driver mistakenly took my FedEx delivery meant to be returned to Dish Network. Despite multiple calls, including a prolonged discussion with Michael, the situation remains unresolved. Michael suggested I contact Dish Network and even initiated a three-way call with them, but they couldn't assist. Frustrated, I refused to reorder items I already paid for due to UPS's mistake. Today, I got a call from UPS claiming they've tried to deliver my package several times this week. I've been home all week and no one has attempted to deliver anything. No knocks, no rings, no InfoNotice left behind. Now, I'm attempting to contact customer service, but can't seem to find a phone number that connects me to a live person.

I had a scheduled delivery in Chicago yesterday but was notified that it was "returned to sender" by UPS, claiming it was not ordered by the receiver. This information is inaccurate, as I was waiting for the package and made no such request. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon and UPS to resolve the issue and requested the package be held for pick-up. I was assured a call back from UPS by the end of the day, but no one contacted me. I am eager for the package to be delivered to Chicago as intended, instead of being sent back to Texas.

I have been trying to contact my store in Indianapolis located at [redacted] W 86th St, Indianapolis, IN [redacted] with no success. I attempted to call them ten times today, but no one answered the phone, leading to automatic disconnections. Although the store appears to be open with staff present, the place is unorganized. When calling the general customer service line, I encountered a frustrating automated system that couldn't understand my issue. For two consecutive days, there have been issues with the UPS delivery driver. Yesterday, a notice was left at the main entry of my apartment building and was placed on my apartment door by a neighbor. Even though I was home all day waiting to sign for the package, there was no attempt made to contact me. To enter our building, a call box in the entryway is used, where residents are contacted to buzz in guests, but no such call was made. This seems to be a new driver, as UPS deliveries are common here. Today, I received another "delivery attempt" email notification, despite being home all day again. This time, there was no notice left. It is frustrating to experience this inconvenience.

I am incredibly upset as my package 1Z[redacted][redacted] containing cancer treatment medication was supposed to be delivered from CVS before 12 noon today but has not arrived. I contacted customer service through live chat, but the representative redirected me to a questionable site requesting my credit card information for a refundable $1 fee to track the shipment addressed to my husband. This procedure seems unreasonable considering the delivery is your responsibility and a signature is mandatory. I demand immediate action and a prompt response. I received notification from eBay that an item was supposedly delivered to our address on April 13, [redacted]. Unfortunately, we did not find the item when checking. I promptly filed a claim with UPS on April 15. To my surprise, UPS closed the claim on April 17 without informing us. After reaching out to UPS on June 17, they reopened the claim. However, shortly after, UPS sent an email with a document stating that they closed the investigation due to being unable to contact the receiver. This information is incorrect as we are the intended receiver and have contacted UPS multiple times. The document also inaccurately indicated that the shipment was meant for another person at a different address from Amazon. Despite our efforts to reach a live person at UPS, we have only encountered automated responses. It's frustrating to see that the document dated June 17 contains misinformation. We are adamant about seeking a refund for the item's purchase price and shipping costs, which we have yet to receive.

Yesterday, June 21st, I noticed the UPS delivery person placing a package on my deep freezer on the front porch. I was occupied at the time and couldn't bring it inside. This morning, when I went to retrieve it, the package was missing. Despite searching around outside, I couldn't find it. The package contains medication crucial for my daily use which I receive from Lincare Pharmacy in Carlsbad, California, via UPS delivery. I only have three days' worth of medication left. I reside at [redacted] E. 5th St. in Marbleton, Wyoming [redacted].
