Your website is broken and does not allow me to designate where I want packages delivered. It is also automatically forwarding all of my packages to one of your access points, which I DO NOT WANT. I want my packages delivered to my front or rear door, NO EXCEPTIONS. Signing up for your "My Choice" nonsense has just made getting my orders ****x more difficult. You are a delivery company that does not deliver to me. This is unacceptable.
GetHuman2933069 did not yet indicate what UPS should do to make this right.

I contacted the better business bureau instead. Issue resolved within a day, that I previously spend days playing phone tag*being lied to trying to resolve.
