Tracking Number 1ZAX[redacted][redacted] Hello, I recently sent an orthopedic device to Israel for repair via UPS. Despite it being a repair item, I was charged custom fees upon arrival back in Israel. I paid for expedited delivery as my daughter urgently needed this device to walk. However, the package did not arrive as scheduled, and I faced multiple issues with UPS, including being asked for various codes and a substantial payment to receive the item. Even after providing necessary documents, the parcel was not released, causing significant delays. I am desperate to have the item delivered promptly for my daughter's well-being. On 3 June, I made a collection booking by telephone as I had trouble doing it online. The agent took all my details and payment (payment code [redacted]). They sent me a commercial invoice template to print three copies for the collection driver. Despite asking for printable labels, I was advised to request a blank waybill from the driver. However, on 4 June, the driver had no blank waybills and was not familiar with the process. I provided the delivery address on paper along with the invoices. I later contacted UPS for tracking information using my payment code, and they provided tracking number W[redacted]. I've had numerous frustrating phone calls with UPS agents and emailed copies of the commercial invoice to various contacts, including a manager named Grey at [redacted] and [redacted] Over a month later, I still haven't received clear information from UPS customer services despite my efforts. I am experiencing ongoing issues with UPS delivery services. Last Tuesday, July 20th, I posted a hifi stand that was carefully packaged with bubble wrap in a box labeled "handle with care." Unfortunately, when the item arrived the next day, the shelves and a white cap were missing, and the box had burst open in three places, with UPS adding brown tape without my consent. Despite calling on July 21st and being promised an email with warehouse weights and delivery details, as well as contact with the driver, I received no follow-up. After requesting the missing items be located and given to the buyer, the stress of this situation has greatly impacted my health. Following up on July 23rd resulted in more delays and miscommunication, with the investigation team making demands to inspect packaging at the buyer's location. Despite explaining the packaging had been recycled, they insisted on original packaging. Contacting UPS again today led to being hung up on while on hold, adding to the stress and negatively affecting my health.

I am urgently waiting for a delivery of medical supplies arranged by the NHS via Charter. The delivery was originally scheduled for Tuesday, August 31st, to Flat 15, Castle Place, [redacted] High Street Southampton SO14 2EA. I missed the delivery despite being home and available. After receiving a text message postponing it to the next day, there was still no successful delivery on September 1st. I visited the local UPS pickup point today, September 2nd, but they did not have the package either. I request a confirmed delivery date and time. The delivery can be made to the flat by using the buzzer and code [redacted], or to the UPS pickup point at [redacted] High Street, which I can reach easily. We have attempted to reach your credit control department without success. A supplier sent a part via UPS, requesting payment upon delivery at our store, which we declined since our policy is not to pay for deliveries; the supplier is responsible for payment arrangements. An invoice ([redacted]5) for £8.90 was issued for a late payment on Account 8GB27E1F17. The supplier later arranged for payment correctly. A subsequent invoice ([redacted]0) for £11.50 was received on the same account, but attempts to contact credit control to discuss it have been unsuccessful. We request assistance in clarifying this invoice, which is now overdue by more than 7 days.

I have been waiting all day for my parcel that was scheduled for delivery today, Friday, September 17, [redacted]. I was home all day, but just checked my computer to find out that a delivery attempt was made at 09:54. The message was only seen at 18:35. It mentioned that the parcel was taken to a drop-off point but didn't specify which one. I live in a building with 23 flats and a working buzzer system. The driver did not leave any information regarding the delivery or where to find the parcel. I am suggesting UPS to pick up the parcel from the drop-off point and deliver it without any extra charges on Saturday, September 18, [redacted]. Parcel Shipping Number: 1ZV5TZ[redacted]21 Reference Number(s): V5TZ43DLV97 I shipped my parcel from the UK to Poland with UPS on 12/10/[redacted], expecting delivery by 15th October [redacted]. However, I received notice on 14th October that it was at Import Scan in Dobra Strykow, Poland and has not moved since. The recipient was given the wrong details for my parcel, causing confusion. Despite my efforts to locate the parcel, I have faced unhelpful responses and frustration. The UPS Polish contact number is unresponsive too. Moreover, I did not receive an invoice for the shipping payment, which is legally required for every purchase. Attempting to file a claim on the UPS website has proven unsuccessful as it does not link my account to the parcel. I intend to claim a refund for the shipping fee and, if the parcel is not delivered by Friday 22nd October [redacted], I expect compensation of £[redacted], the insured value, for the unique and emotionally valuable contents. If the situation persists, I will escalate the matter to small claims court.

Yesterday, on Monday, November 1, [redacted], around 5 p.m., a UPS delivery van made a delivery to an address in St James Court, Stonesfield, near Witney OX298QW. Unfortunately, the van caused damage to my parked car by scratching it and leaving dark brown paint behind. We are reviewing our neighbor's CCTV footage for evidence of the incident. It is evident that the damage was caused while the delivery van was maneuvering out of our cul-de-sac. There should be visible damage on the front driver's side panel of the van, potentially with beige paint from my car. My shipment from China to the UK has been held up in Germany for over a month despite paying for shipping and taxes upfront. The tracking number is 1Z63X[redacted][redacted]. The package is scanned daily but has not been forwarded to the UK. I have been in touch with UPS customer services via email and phone daily, only to be informed that it is stuck at customs, which I believe is untrue. As Germany is just a hub, it should not require customs inspection until it reaches the UK. I urgently need someone to facilitate the shipping of this parcel to the UK, as my customers are canceling orders due to the uncertainty of delivery dates. I ordered a necklace that required an adult signature for delivery. UPS attempted to deliver, but my husband was home, and they left a note claiming no one was there. I arranged for my neighbors to accept the parcel but the driver didn’t attempt. Now I'm rerouting it to a UPS center due to their incompetence. It's frustrating that contacting them is difficult with no option to speak with a person. Their online system is giving errors stating my user ID is in use when it is not. UPS needs to improve their delivery service and customer communication.

I have been eagerly anticipating the arrival of my Longchamp bag, however, repeated delivery attempts have been unsuccessful even though I have been home each time. The delivery person has claimed to have attempted delivery several times, but I have not received any notifications. I work from home, so I am always available to receive packages. I have tried contacting customer service without success. I am frustrated with the situation and would like to know why the package has not been returned if delivery has been unsuccessful. A package was received on January 12th, [redacted]. Upon opening it with our grandson present, we discovered a personalized calendar tracking his first year and an artwork on canvas from his Canadian grandmother. It seems that customs had inspected the package, as evidenced by the rough cutting of the Christmas wrapping paper and sharp cuts on the back of the calendar. Although the items were declared as harmless, the handling by customs was careless, resulting in damage to the gift. While I understand that the situation cannot be rectified, I believe it's important to address the issue with customs to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I recently made a purchase on eBay, and after waiting a week for the delivery, I noticed that the item was not marked as delivered on the eBay app. Upon contacting the seller, they informed me that UPS had delivered the item. I reached out to UPS for proof of delivery and received a delivery note stating that the item was left at the front door, signed by someone named "Turner," who I do not know. This is concerning as the item, an electrical worth over £[redacted], was not received by me even though there were people at home during the reported delivery time. I was informed to reach out to you regarding the missing item delivery. Balsam Hill claims it was delivered, but it's impossible as I wasn't home that day and my property gate was locked with no other access. The front door delivery mentioned seems unlikely unless the driver somehow climbed over it with a large item. I've searched everywhere and checked with my neighbors, but no sign of the item or a delivery card. My address is 50 Horton Lane, Telford, TF6 6DT. The tracking number is 1Z41497F[redacted].

Hello, I recently spoke with UPS regarding my parcel that was returned to me. The package was sent from Spain to the UK but never left Spain, just ending up 2 hours away from me. The box had two labels on the outside and one inside, but it came back to me three weeks later with no labels. I had the box picked up at the post shop where the labels were printed and attached. It seems the driver might have removed both labels, as they were initially on the box. I paid a total of 29.00 euros for the parcel, then had to pay an additional [redacted].00 euros and another 19.00 euros later. Given that the parcel never reached the UK, I believe the import duty should be refunded to me. It was meant to be Christmas presents for my family, and unfortunately, they won't be receiving them now. We are very disappointed in UPS, as they were chosen with the belief that they were the best option. I am hoping you can assist in securing a full refund. Thank you, Vic

Hello, I ordered a gift from China which was supposed to be delivered on December 16th. I received a call from the local depot stating that the driver couldn't deliver the parcel due to lack of time. I requested a delivery for the next day, which was assured to be by 1 pm on December 17th. However, the parcel did not arrive, and upon contacting them, I was informed that they couldn't locate my parcel. I am seeking full compensation for this issue as I even visited the depot with the same outcome. I am extremely disappointed with UPS's service.

I have encountered an issue with a recent delivery. The parcel tracking number is 1Z4EP19T[redacted]. After the initial delivery attempt failed, there was no notification given to the recipient. Subsequently, UPS claimed the recipient refused the package, which is untrue since the receiver was unaware of any delivery attempts. UPS then decided to return the parcel to me, the sender. The tracking system showed it went back to the UK quickly, but it was then unexpectedly sent to Cologne in Germany before being redirected to Luxembourg without any communication with either the receiver or myself. I am puzzled by why the parcel was not returned to me as originally planned and why it was sent back to Luxembourg without my consent. I initially paid 14.99 GBP for the shipment, and now I am being asked for an additional 28.19 GBP for the unnecessary detour the parcel took. I am questioning why I am being charged this extra fee. I am experiencing significantly high and unfair surcharges on a shipment I arranged through Interparcel Limited with UPS Premium back in November [redacted]. Interparcel insists that UPS imposes these charges and I am responsible for them, but I disagree. After contacting UPS multiple times, they advised Interparcel to handle the charges directly since it is their account. UPS mentioned that it seems like the charges were added later as per their records showing the shipment was successfully completed last year without any problems. Despite reaching out to Interparcel numerous times through emails and letters to address this issue and requesting them to communicate with UPS, they have declined and are passing the excessive fees, which are approximately [redacted]% higher than the original shipment cost, on to me.

I recently received an invoice from UPS for import duties, which I promptly paid. After being told that my parcel would be re-sent, I am disappointed that no further attempts were made to deliver it. The parcel has been returned to the shipper, despite my efforts to resolve this issue by speaking to 10 different representatives over the phone. The service has been subpar, with poor audio quality during calls and a lack of assistance from the staff. I have been transferred between departments, placed on hold for long periods, and promised follow-up calls that never materialized. I am now being instructed to contact the shipper for further assistance.

I am uncertain about a potential transaction. Someone wants to purchase an item from me but is asking me to pay the shipping insurance upfront. They claim to have paid the shipping fees to UPS and are requesting the insurance fee to secure the shipment. They mention adding extra money to the initial amount to cover the insurance.
