My parcel didn't arrive as planned. On the website it says i wasn't here which is a lie. I have been in waiting all day. I also have a video door bell which shows that no UPS van or driver has been today. I now have to wait until Monday and I will be at work. I can't just sit in all day every day. My tracking number is *Z**X*W***********. they can leave it with a neighbour.

GetHuman-mandif did not yet indicate what UPS (UK) should do to make this right.
