I am in need of a surgery that is scheduled for *********.M y doctor submitted a prior authorization for this on *********. On ********* his nurse called to check on the status and was told nothing was expedited under ** business days unless it was life sustaining. I called today and spoke to Christine who basically told me the same and proceeded to tell.me she knew how I felt . That is horrible customer service, she did not know nor will she ever know the pain I myself am experiencing not to mention the frustration of needing medical intervention and no one can help.
GetHuman-durrance did not yet indicate what UMR should do to make this right.
