I have been waiting for my replacement phone since Sept *, ****, The tracking number on the returned phone is *z****xx**********. It was received on Sept *. My ticket Number is ********** which shows a tracking number of ***************, that was for the "air ticket" shipping label to return my old phone. Which was returned ..see tracking * on it listed above. I am still waiting for my phone. I have talked with different people at tracfone help lines. They want the last two numbers I called. I can not remember what they are but gave them * that I know I have called. They then asked for the credit card I used... I did not buy this phone with a credit card, not helping again. They said they could text me a code.. won't work because they have the phone that was shipped back to them. I just go around in circles with them and still have no replacement phone.
