I ordered tickets for Brian Fallon on ** september **** . Due to covid the event was rescheduled twice . it is now due to take place on the **th May and I still do not have tickets and have been unable to get a response from Ticketmaster despite spending a lot of time on their "live chat " function .*They have had * and a half years to get tickets out to me and have had my money all of that time but offer no obvious way of resolving the issue .

GetHuman-awavr did not yet indicate what Ticketmaster should do to make this right.
