I have been a Textnow user for some time now. Recently, I made the mistake of using their Android app over a VPN connection, which resulted in my account being suspended. I was unaware of Textnow's VPN restrictions. I submitted appeals to Textnow more than a week ago on Tuesday, November 22, but I have not received a response from them yet. About two weeks ago, I received a SIM card for my Motorola phone to use with the TextNow app in order to keep my phone number. I recently installed it and received a message that the SIM card was activated. Initially, I could make calls and send texts without any issues. However, in the past few days, I have been unable to send or receive messages or make calls. Upon attempting to reboot my phone, a notification prompted me to unlock my SIM card, but despite clicking OK, I still could not access any functions. The mobile data option on my phone says the SIM card is locked. My phone number is [redacted], although I am unable to receive calls, and my SIM card number is [redacted]1[redacted]5.

In the past, the service you provided was satisfactory. However, recently when I send text messages, they appear as gibberish. This situation is embarrassing, especially when using voice-to-text while upset, as it jumbles words and paragraphs and gives the impression of illiteracy. Additionally, I'm unable to receive codes, even though my online subscription is active until next year, causing me to miss out on important information. Throughout the day, I have been receiving calls from someone claiming I inquired about health insurance, which is untrue. Despite not calling about health insurance, they persist in calling me repeatedly even when I do not answer or try to avoid their calls.

Hello TextNow team, I apologize for violating your terms and policies, it was a mistake on my part. I kindly request that you unban my TextNow number as it is linked to my real Whatsapp number. Many of my friends, family members, business clients, and team members are connected through TextNow. Losing access would mean losing everything. I hope you can understand my situation. Please consider giving me another chance and lifting the ban on my TextNow number. I assure you that I will not breach TextNow's terms or policies again. The SIM card kit I received is not functioning correctly. Despite having it for four days, I am unable to make any phone calls. When trying to call my friend's phone next to me, it does not ring or connect. The calls either drop or do not go through at all with the TextNow SIM card you provided.

Every time I attempt to use the Done Text Now app with the SIM card kit provided, it fails to function. I am unable to make calls, receive messages, or accept incoming calls on the phone despite being next to it. The phone number assigned is [redacted], but the phone does not ring when dialed. The SIM card seems to be partially operational, but there is no service. Following instructions to switch off the data and Wi-Fi yields the same result - no service. It's frustrating; can someone please assist me in resolving this issue?

I recently received a notification from TextNow stating that my account was inactive, resulting in the release of my phone number. I had previously bought a SIM card, but my phone now shows "no service." Upon restarting, it displays "waiting for activation," which never completes. I am perplexed as to why this happened. My phone screen was damaged, and I was planning to fix it once I received my payment, but it seems I am no longer using the free services. Do I need to buy a new SIM card to address this issue?

I recently used the TextNow Android app with a VPN connection about 10 days ago by accident. Despite not being aware of the TextNow VPN policy, my account was suspended without any prior warning from the system. I submitted an appeal online but have only received an automated acknowledgment email so far. I have a paid TextNow account and am hoping to resolve this issue promptly. I have received my SIM card from TextNow, installed it in my phone, but it does not make calls without Wi-Fi. Even when I am outside the home Wi-Fi range, I can't make calls. Inside the house, if I try to access history, it says there's no internet connection. Do I need to download APN settings? I remember seeing some instructions on a webpage last Saturday, but there were four different sets of APN and MMS settings. Can someone please guide me on which settings I should use for my phone, which is a C5L Max?

I have an old voicemail from my significant other currently in jail. This voicemail is crucial evidence for his upcoming court hearing in January. It was playing until about 3 weeks ago. It is crucial to look into this promptly as I have not violated any terms and do not understand why my account was blocked without any notice. Hello, I've been experiencing issues with my account lately. I logged out of my account, and now I can't sign back in. I had the password saved, but now it says it's incorrect. I can't access my email because my phone, which had it saved, is broken. My account was disabled due to an alleged violation of the terms of use. Upon reviewing the terms, I am confident I did not breach any rules. I need your help. I haven't had to make a new email or create a new text just to be able to make contact. I accidentally logged out of my TextNow phone account, and due to my Parkinson's Disease, my memory is failing. I can't remember my login or password as I've had the account for years without logging out. I've tried using my emails for recovery, but no luck. The reset email doesn't come through. I bought a TextNow SIM card for under $1 as advertised, after checking my phone's compatibility. However, now I can only see an option to activate "MY" sim card when I haven't received one yet. I am concerned if paying customers truly get the sim card. I am puzzled by this change. If receiving the sim card is no longer available, I am unsure of the next steps besides seeking a refund.
