I tried to explain I am from Singapore and will take a longer time to send the items back than the set deadline to return by * Dec. I also explored alternative such as taking over the wrong items at a discount to minimize the hassle and costly postage cost from Singapore. ... ************** - the items in this order which was mailed out is completely incorrect. I ordered for copies of Prince The Hits * but received some other product titles - Nirvana and The Strokes records which I have not ordered.

The issue resulted in more than * email exchanges and each time a different person answered without fully comprehending the problem. They just want to close the case swiftly. I felt being bullied as the last person just assumed that the value of the two wrong items which is lower in value as the same value of the items I bought and refund me at half of my order total. I really felt that none of them is empathetic and just bulldozed through.

They should at least refund me for *** of my order total instead of half. Are there anything I can do to get a better refund bearing in mind I am from Singapore.

I have been a customer for many many donkey years!

Still unsure if I should further my cause or just to take the bitter pills they forced it down my throat!
