I have been trying since Jan. **th to close out RESP account **F***-V, Patricia J. Gatrall. I have had several phone calls, transferred to various people a number of times. The last phone call promised to send by email the required papers to Saba Alsaydi at the *** King St. W. Branch in Kitchener, even made an appointment for me, however the documents were never emailed to Saba. As I have explained several times, this account will never ever be used and it is necessary to close it out completely. I am at my wit's as to how I do it. Appreciate any and all assistance you can give me.
