I added a line to my Metro account last week. I wanted to get the same phone that I had but was convinced a new phone had all the features of my own phone. I was told that there was no case available because it's a new phone. The representative told me that she would call me a couple days when the cases came in. I've been on my lunch hour and I was in a hurry believe what you said it took the phone. I also purchased a screen protector that she installed for me. The first problem I had was a screen protector put on crooked and over The edge outside. Putting it in and out of my pocket with the edge and ruin the protector. All around quality of the phone cannot meet my expectations or promises. I went in last week and talked to sales person until then I would like my old phone I wanted to trade this one back. I was totally would cost me almost $*** that I would not get reimbursed the installment fee for the screen protector. I'm very unhappy with customer service that I received I would like this resolved as soon as possible. My line of work I would do anything I could to make a customer happy. I hope that I get the same response from Metro
