I'm supposed to be changing from my metro PC account to a T-Mobile business account in which I was supposed to receive a free tablet this offer was made to me by T-Mobile business because I'm starting my own business well tomorrow is the switch date or my last day on Metro and I don't know what to do from that point because I have not heard back from Eddie the business rep who's here in California closest to me. He had told me he was going to contact me and let me know when the tablet was going to be on the way and the SIM cards in order for me to set up my account I do not have a phone number for him any longer and fortunately I have deleted my phone
GetHuman3070831 did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
