Feeling frustrated, I expressed my disappointment about the service, and the representative then banned the account I was trying to recover. Despite being banned for 30 days right before clan wars, I am keeping calm. A friend suggested appealing the ban, as they faced a similar situation. My friend lost his account and reached out to Clash of Clans customer support but didn't receive a response. Club Shop Problem I had acquired all brawlers and maxed out my account before the update. After the new update, I obtained the 2 new brawlers. However, when attempting to upgrade the brawlers using the club shop to convert club coins into power points, the only options available now are converting club coins into gold or purchasing skins. I did not recall seeing or reading any update about this modification, so I believe this could be a bug that's hindering my progress. Please provide guidance. Thank you, Tudor

After the December 12, [redacted] game update, Clash of Clans is not launching on my PC via the Bluestacks Android Emulator. I have tried reinstalling Bluestacks and CoC within it, but I still encounter a black screen when I load CoC, even though other games work fine. I have invested significant time and money into two Clash of Clans accounts. One account was linked to a Yahoo email, which required a verification code for access. Despite multiple attempts to receive the code, I did not succeed. After reaching out to technical support and being contacted by Stiven, I was asked for specific details regarding my account access history, last phone used, and more. Unfortunately, I was banned for "account fishing" on the account I sought help for, leaving me unable to contact support through that account. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance and the ban on one of my accounts without explanation. I possess various pieces of information, such as the account email, debit card used for purchases, and associated phone number, yet no effort was made to resolve the issue. This situation has caused me distress considering the time and money I have dedicated to the game. I would appreciate your support in resolving this matter.

It has been over three hours, and I am unable to access my account as the user who gained access to my game has changed the email associated with Supercell. Consequently, I cannot receive the one-time password for Supercell. Could you reset the game with the old email address provided? Hello, I was playing with my account until 1 hour ago, and when I closed the Clash of Clans app and reopened it, the Supercell ID prompt appeared asking me to connect. After connecting, I see other accounts but none of them are the correct one. Sometimes I get an option to recover my true account with an image, but when I log in with Supercell ID, it shows a different one. When I start the application, it says they found my Town Hall 8 village, but when I try to recover my account using the name "lluch jr," it shows a Town Hall 7 village, which is not the correct one.

My brother's account was hacked (YVLG9Q9CG). He tried contacting Supercell through the in-game support, but they mistakenly banned his new account instead of helping him. When he logged in, it showed someone else was already using his account on a different Supercell account. He provided evidence like screenshots of his game progress and transaction receipts, but Supercell banned his new account for [redacted] years for "trying to access someone else's account." Upon checking the account, it was clear the name had been changed after the hack. Despite his complaints, Supercell gave a bad response. I am now reaching out anonymously, hoping Supercell will uphold fair play and assist my brother in recovering his account or reimbursing him for his expenses.

My phone was being repaired, and the next day after the repair, I started noticing that someone else was accessing my account.
