Dear StubHub Team, It has been quite some time since I last heard from you. Any updates on my query? On September 5th, I was supposed to receive tickets for the Louis Tomlinson concert in Paris. I have tried to reach out to you multiple times as can be traced. Three months have passed now, and there has been no progress. I stopped contacting you for weeks, thinking I would wait it out, but I cannot wait any longer. I would like to either receive the two tickets or a refund promptly. My patience is wearing thin. My scheduled game was canceled due to COVID the night before. Despite contacting customer service, they offered me a coupon instead of a refund, leaving me frustrated. The tickets were meant to be a special birthday gift for my son, who was devastated by the cancellation as he is a huge basketball fan. I have tried reaching out multiple times without any response or being abruptly disconnected. I purchased the tickets on 12-15-[redacted] for $[redacted].99 for the Lakers vs Jazz game in SLC. Order number: [redacted]48. I am hoping to either receive a refund or be provided with tickets to another game. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Order number: [redacted]82 Hello, This morning, I purchased two tickets through StubHub for a Washington Nationals game scheduled for today at 4 pm. Unfortunately, I later discovered that the game had been canceled the day before due to COVID-19, a fact that was not disclosed on the website. I paid $[redacted] for these tickets and have been trying to reach customer service, but encountered audio issues during my calls. The representative I did speak to mentioned waiving fees, but the call was cut off before I could clarify which fees would be waived. I believe StubHub should have updated the event status to reflect the postponement, as listing tickets for a canceled event is misleading. I am now unable to attend the rescheduled game and may lose money if I attempt to resell the tickets. Despite following the instructions to relist the tickets, I encountered an error message. I purchased tickets for a baseball game exhibition on March 12, [redacted], which got canceled due to Covid. StubHub issued a $[redacted] credit valid until Dec. 31, [redacted], which I appreciate. I am inquiring if there were any events near Long Island, New York, during that period. Considering venues are reopening, I kindly ask if StubHub would consider extending the $[redacted] credit until the end of [redacted], allowing me to utilize the amount in my StubHub wallet. Despite my efforts to recover it, I could not regain access. As a result, my assistant loaded and sold the tickets successfully on their account. On March 19th, I bought Yankees tickets for George Steinbrenner Stadium in Florida. Shortly after, I had a colitis health issue, making it impossible for me to attend. I tried to cancel the tickets on Stubhub but realized I could only sell them. Due to the early morning hour, I couldn't list them as there was nothing to download. I waited four hours for Stubhub to open on the west coast to get help, but the tickets didn't sell later in the day. I received an email from Stubhub apologizing for the inconvenience. Now, I am requesting a credit to my credit card or a Stubhub credit for a future game in Pennsylvania or New York.

I purchased tickets for Ron White's show but was shocked to discover that my tickets were sold to someone else without my consent. Customer service informed me that I needed to return the tickets once I received them. I requested proof of my authorization to sell the tickets, as I had no intention of selling them. Despite my protests, I was informed that the tickets were already sold, leaving me no recourse. The receipt in my account shows I paid $[redacted].96 each for two tickets totaling $[redacted].92, with additional fees amounting to $79.18, bringing the total cost to $[redacted].10. However, the account indicates that I am only being compensated $[redacted].00 for the tickets, leaving me shortchanged by $[redacted].10. After multiple unhelpful calls to the "help" line, I am frustrated by the lack of resolution. I am willing to return the tickets for a credit of $[redacted].10, as anything less is unacceptable considering the time wasted on unresolved calls. StubHub sold my tickets without consent a few months ago. I contacted them to request proof of my authorization to sell. Despite not receiving a response or the tickets, I planned to attend the event with them. I noticed a notification in my account yesterday to send the tickets back. I paid $[redacted].10, but they're offering only $[redacted]. After waiting on hold for over 2 hours, I missed a call from GetHuman while answering another. Kindly assist me further.

Hello everyone, I purchased tickets online as a guest on my laptop since I didn't have my login information. After not receiving any confirmation emails, I re-purchased the tickets through the app with order number [redacted]42. Unfortunately, both transactions went through, and I was charged twice. I tried contacting customer service but couldn't get through due to high call volumes. On the bright side, I did enjoy the Braves game with the tickets from the app order. I purchased Ron White tickets on StubHub, and they were resold without my permission. Previously, I contacted StubHub expressing my disapproval of them selling my tickets. However, I was informed that since the tickets had been sold to another buyer, there was nothing that could be done. I paid $[redacted].10 for the tickets, but StubHub was only offering me $[redacted] when I checked my account. I have spent a total of 3 hours today on hold through three phone calls trying to speak to a representative. I am feeling frustrated with the lack of assistance and wasted time. When I was able to connect previously, I missed the call due to another ongoing call, and in my subsequent attempt, I accidentally closed the page and lost all progress. I could really use some help in resolving this matter.

Subject: Issue with FSU College Baseball Game Tickets Hello! I wanted to share my recent experience with purchasing tickets for the FSU college baseball game on Saturday, May 15th at 2 pm. My concern arose when, despite purchasing the tickets at 10:55 AM, we were unable to access them when we arrived at the game. We kept encountering an error message prompting us to try again. In the end, we had to buy additional tickets at the venue to attend the game. Unfortunately, it wasn't until 2:40 pm that we received an email notifying us that our original tickets were finally ready. I was charged $72.00 for a seller error fee erroneously. According to the seller, I only provided one ticket for a "Drive-In" event where each ticket covers "One Car, per 2 people." The single ticket listed was actually meant to cover two guests. The PDF document clearly specifies this arrangement. Therefore, I believe I should not be penalized for the supposed mistake. The ticket clearly indicates "General admission for 2, per 1 vehicle," requiring one ticket per car with two guests. The confusion seems to have arisen from the buyer's misunderstanding of the ticket details, which were explicitly outlined on the document.

I had tickets to an Anaheim Angels baseball game which got rescheduled due to Covid-19 concerns with the visiting team. Uncertainty about the rescheduling led me to file a claim with PayPal. Unfortunately, PayPal denied and closed the claim. I managed to sell the tickets on Stubhub about 5 weeks ago. Stubhub's policy is to pay the seller 5 to 8 days after the event. Despite contacting them and being told to send proof from PayPal's website to [redacted], I haven't received any feedback or payment ($90.00 USD). The closed PayPal claim details are as follows: Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]97 stating the transaction is not eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection. I'm seeking payment for the sold tickets through Stubhub Order #[redacted]02. Contacting Stubhub by phone has been challenging with up to a 3-hour wait time. - Steve Hastings

I tried to buy a ticket for Bad Bunny's concert on April 3, [redacted]. I chose to use a monthly payment plan via Affirm. Affirm approved the loan, but I was informed that Stubhub needed to process the purchase. After waiting a couple of days, I checked my Affirm account only to find that the loan was no longer there. I did not receive any communication from Stubhub or Affirm about the status of my purchase, and the ticket seems to have disappeared from my Stubhub account. I am unsure if someone else bought the ticket, and I would appreciate some clarification on what happened to my order.

I placed an order #[redacted]36 for the June 2 Atlanta vs. NY Knicks playoff game. The tickets were received by Samuel Heile. I reached out on June 3 and spoke with Josh H after a long hold time. He requested proof of the ticket acceptance, which I provided from my Ticketmaster account. Josh assured me the $[redacted] charge would be refunded for the undelivered tickets and mentioned a payout of $[redacted]. However, I have not received the payment, and my StubHub account does not reflect any transactions. Despite trying to reach out again, I have been on hold for over an hour. I am reaching out in reference to the article from May 5, [redacted], regarding StubHub's offer of full refunds instead of credits for unused tickets during the pandemic. I would like to request a refund for my unused tickets. I had planned to attend the Chicago Bears vs. Jacksonville Jaguars game in December [redacted], but was unable to due to the no-spectator policy in place. I was given a [redacted]% credit that needed to be used by December 31, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend any Chicago Bears games before the end of the season, and there are no other events that interest me at this time. Good afternoon, I purchased tickets for the Islanders game on Thursday evening. Despite waiting for 30 minutes for the ticket transfer, I missed the first period. When I attempted to accept the tickets, I received an error message stating the offer had expired or was canceled. This caused me to miss even more of the game. When I contacted StubHub, I was informed of a 3-hour wait time to speak to a representative. I had no other choice but to purchase new tickets to enter the stadium. I was never able to obtain the original tickets, yet my credit card was still charged. I am requesting a full refund for this inconvenience.

My partner purchased tickets for the upcoming Subtronics show from StubHub, but the seller canceled the tickets on AXS, not through StubHub. StubHub claims the tickets are on their way, but since they were canceled on AXS, the seller may have kept our money. We've made numerous attempts to resolve this, but we require your assistance in contacting the seller to either send the tickets or refund us. We've been calling every day since learning of the cancellation through AXS, but have been unable to reach anyone. I've spent hours on hold already. AXS informed me they can't assist. If this issue isn't resolved promptly, I may have to involve legal counsel.
