I am trying to find a solution to solve this fire issue. The loss was JUNE **, ****. To date the only response was a letter dated September **, **** from State Farm Olulwaferni Ibraham, External Claim Resource stating he is reviewing my claim. He does not return my calls. I don't know if State Farm intends to dispose of the fire debri, or exactly what they intend to do. Should I make arr... ... Claim No. **-****K***In reference to the above referenced claim I would like to inquire as to why I cannot get a response to my telephone or e-mail correspondence. As far as I know I have submitted all of the required forms to State Farm. The incident happened on June **, ****. I have had two State Farm appraisers come to inspect the site. A contractor also gave me a demo and repair estimate.*What is my next step? The rainy season is about due to hit N. CA. There were a number of containers of hazardous materials in the structure. My concern is it will go directly into the ground water. (Flows downhill to a creek) Do I have to make arrangements for the demo of the site? It should be done before rainy season.* I have made numerous phone calls and sent several letters to the contact people at State Farm expressing my concern. To date I received one response from Oluwafume Isrham stating he is reviewing the claim. I do not have any idea what State Farm intends to do.*This has been going forward to over three months. I have animals as well as grandchildren here at all times. This posses a dangerous situation,*We have been loyal customers of State Farm since **** and have never filed a property claim. Surely this should help the cogs turn faster.*I would appreciate any assistance you could give me as to where to turn next. Preferably a contact person who answers the phone and returns calls.*Suncerely,*Karen Reichenberger
We need this solved. All of my sons possessions were in the structure. He did not have anything but the clothes on his back. Winter rainy season in N. CA is here. There was haz-mat materials in the structure.* This will wash down to the creek and contaminate the water.
I would like to know what is going to happen and for it to happen. THis should be resolved by now.. I a want to know what State Farms intends to do and when and if they are going to do it.
We have been customers of State Farm since the early ****'s, paid our premiums on time and have not had a fire loss during this period.
I called the Contractor who was recommended to me, he was here and gave me an estimate. He is contacting me when he can start. I have no commitment from State Farm, therefore he is in a holding pattern. If I do not get resolved I plan to contact the CA dept of insurance and possible Channel *, television with my concernsl.
