Last night I was beat up in my home.he is in jail on many many charges.two of my big mirrors were broken by him I have pictures ...two phones I tried call *** from he took and broke..he smashed my tv and one of my apple iPads I use to play games on he got interference with reporting a crime charge for breaking the devices to call *** from.i just now have a big BIG glass cleanup I've been doing all night ..my hands are all cut up from the glass he slung pop all over..it's already been a * hour clean up and still at it.now I can't even take a break watch tv or anything.cant use a phone their all broken now..I do t have money for any of this ..I am now a single mother of * and we have no tv or anything but a bad incident they had to endure too.i just need to k ow if I can and should file a claim so I can get a phone a tv better cleanup to the carpet with all the glas in it and pop stains are nasty I threw away the in rugs under the kitchen table.like I said I've got pictures so do police and there is a police report and he in incarcerate and there is a restraining order now
