The pain of losing this money, which was meant to start a business to support my family, is indescribable. I am seeking assistance to address this issue. On August 11th, Patricia Parks sent me $[redacted] via Cash App, but the money hasn't appeared in my bank account yet. I contacted my bank, and they couldn't locate the payment. However, my mom, who sent the money, reassured me that the transaction was successful. This is the message she received from Cash App support: "Hi Patricia, Good Day! This is Eric from Cash App. I understand your frustration with the missing payment. Rest assured, I've checked your account and can confirm that the funds were sent successfully. If the recipient is facing issues finding the deposit in their bank statement, please have them get in touch with us directly. They can provide their email address, and we'll assist them promptly. I've been waiting for a payment sent through Cash App for two days. After numerous attempts to contact support, sharing my bank information and personal details, I'm concerned it might be a scam. The sender showed me proof of payment, but my funds have not been released. Despite reaching out on social media and to the Texas Bank Association, I haven't received sufficient assistance. This lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I even contacted the BBB. This experience has made me wary of using this app again due to the long delays and lack of real-time customer service.

I recently sold my iPad for $[redacted] and received payment through a cash app. However, they placed the funds on hold until I provided receipts for verification. After verifying, they restricted my account, asking for an upgrade or an additional $[redacted] from the buyer. Following the upgrade, the buyer sent me the extra $[redacted], but the funds were again tied up in a purchase I did not authorize. I felt compelled to buy the product (steam cards) to access my money, even charging the buyer an extra $20 due to the cost exceeding $[redacted]. Despite numerous attempts, I was unable to speak to a manager or receive a refund. I provided proof of iPad delivery, yet I have not received the initial $[redacted] owed. The company continues to delay providing a resolution, promising to "get back to me." I am in need of assistance resolving this issue.

I was trying to log in to my CashApp online, but I didn't receive the code on my email. After multiple attempts to resend, I was locked out for 24 hours due to too many tries. In the meantime, someone sent me money, and to access it, I checked my balance at the ATM, but it shows zero. The funds usually reflect instantly. I need my Cash Card to have the available balance as soon as possible. My $cashtag is JJeromeG2100.

My brother sent me a small amount of money to get home from a nearby town. I recently got a new phone and have not activated it yet. I received an email stating the funds were sent to my account using my email. Unfortunately, Cash App will only let me start a new account on my new phone. When I try to register my email, it says there have been too many attempts and to try again in 24 hours. At the ATM, it mentioned my attempts were unauthorized. I am stuck out of town and really need this $15 to return home. How can I access the money sent to me through my email and use it to put gas in my car?

I encountered an issue with accessing my Cash App account that was linked to an old phone number. Despite providing my valid email address for confirmation, I was unable to log in on my new device as it required verification through the old phone number. I attempted to link the accounts by submitting the necessary details to Cash App but saw no progress. Regarding reference #[redacted]5, I encountered an issue on June 2, [redacted] when I received $[redacted].00. I attempted to transfer it to my BB&T bank account but mistakenly sent it to an unfamiliar account ending in [redacted]. Despite following the instructions provided via email and sharing the necessary information, the matter remains unresolved. Subsequently, on September 9, [redacted], my son transferred $[redacted].00 to me. Despite being apprehensive, I made an effort to send the money to my BB&T account registered on my Cash App. Unfortunately, the funds were directed to the same unidentified account ending in [redacted]. Reacting promptly, I reached out to Cash App support to halt the transaction. Today, I have sent multiple emails to Cash App support in hopes of resolving this distressing situation, as I find myself frustrated and upset that $[redacted].00 seems to have gone astray.

Good morning, I am experiencing issues with my cash card's chip not working. I need to request a replacement card. When using the app, I only have the choices to report a lost or stolen card. I prefer not to select either option to avoid my card being suspended. I tried searching online for a solution but have not found one yet. How can I order a new card and retain the same card number? Towards the end of August, I obtained a new phone number and a new phone, losing access to my previous phone. Additionally, my email addresses were compromised, leading to difficulties in verifying my previous cash card. I was advised to create a new cash card in order to merge the old and new cards. Due to unforeseen circumstances with my grandson's hospitalization, I faced delays in providing the necessary information to initiate this process. Upon submitting the required details, I was informed that my case had been closed and was given case number [redacted]6 to reopen it. Given the urgent situation with my grandson's health, I had to return a laptop and service plan to Walmart for his medication, but the refund was credited to my old card. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate the urgency of merging the cards or transferring the funds, I have not received a satisfactory response from Square Cash. With my grandson's condition worsening, I am greatly concerned about accessing the funds on my old card. I have diligently provided transaction numbers from Walmart to Square Cash, but the issue remains unresolved. I recently noticed another $10 charge on my TD Bank card to someone named Rory Bowen, and I have no idea who that is. I reached out to Cash App, but there was no customer service available, and the transaction doesn't show up on my Cash App account, nor do I have this person in my contacts. After contacting my bank, I found out there have been over 5 transactions to this individual totaling $50. It seems like an inside job because the person somehow managed to remove the transactions from my Cash App history but not from my bank statement. I need advice on how best to address this matter going forward.

I attempted to send $[redacted] to my father, who recently got a new phone. Unfortunately, while trying to accept the transfer, he still had his old phone linked to his bank account. Consequently, my money vanished into thin air without reaching him. The frustrating part is the lack of live customer support available. The only option offered is to input bank account details and upload an ID. Regrettably, although the front of my ID scans correctly, the back never seems to go through. This has left me trapped in a frustrating cycle, unable to retrieve my $[redacted] promptly, which I urgently require.

A friend sent me $15 via Cash App, but there was a mix-up, and it appeared as a $30 withdrawal. I mistakenly cashed it out to my credit union account, which I rarely use. I didn't notice the error until my account was charged $5 per day for being negative from 9/11 to 9/30, accumulating a total of $[redacted].96 in charges. The credit union mentioned that Cash App needs to resolve this issue.

Hello, I noticed two charges of $35 each on my Cash App card from Sweet Caroline at different times - one when I left and another one later at 3:02 AM. I reached out to the bar and they confirmed it was a duplicate charge error caused by Cash App, not the bar itself. They mentioned they have had this issue before and avoid Venmo and Cash Debit Cards because of it. Could you please advise on how I can get a refund for one of the charges? Dear forum members, It has been six days since I encountered an issue with $[redacted] being stuck in Cash App due to no longer having access to the phone number linked to my account. I attempted to verify the app on a new device without success. The Cash App account in question is under the name Lexi M Leximoses, associated with the phone number [redacted] and the last four digits of my social security number are [redacted]. I am requesting for the funds to be either merged into my new Cash App account under the name Lexmoses without the "I", with the username SailorMoon123, and the new phone number [redacted]. Both accounts share the address 1 Webb Road. This issue is causing difficulties in providing for my children, especially in purchasing groceries.
