My phone was disconnected for the *rd time now. Sprint tells me I owe $*** from Asurion. I was told multiple times that I don't have to pay any fee for them sending me a duplicate phone. I sent the phone back to them. I know they got it because I got an email that they received my phone and were trying to fix it.*They then sent me this replacement months ago august?*I've called sprint the last * months telling them about this error and nobody has investigated it.**Resolution: remove the charges assurion mistakingly charged. *(Around mid July- Aug****)**I have records of the phone calls and emails also.
