URGENT!! -- I need my Sprint Galaxy S* phone unlocked. I am no longer a Sprint customer. My number is ***-***-****. I was told ******* that my phone would be unlocked within ** - ** hours and during a second call, ** - ** hours and I would receive an email (*****@***.com) informing me this has been done. I also paid an outstanding amount on **** which cleared my bank the next day (*******)I have not received an email and IT IS PAST BOTH TIME PERIODS. I followed up with Sprint CS on **** and was told I would have to wait another ** hours after another tickey is submitted, obviously that was unacceptable. I requested and was transferred to a supervisor who gave a code. As instructed I took the former Sprint phone to my current carrier. The code did not work. I called Sprint CS and was hung up on. It has been * days since Sprint (YOU) were contacted. This is POOR customer service! i am concerned about the run around. It shpild not take this long. Unlock my phone now!!!
