I discontinued my account in **** and I am being charged annually on ** Feb for automatic renewal of a plan for Canada*US calls. I cannot seem to get your company to stop these charges. I have sent cancellation requests every yr and it just keeps being charged to my Mastercard. I never get reimbursed because by the time I discover the charge it has already been paid to you.* My account is Colin Corkum, e-mail is *****@***.com.* Please discontinue this account and stop the annual renewal charges. I have contacted my Mastercard to dispute these annual charges.* I would appreciate a reply letting me know that my account has been discontinued.
