We have had a reacuring problem with our central air we had * of your repair men come out one on Aug * and one on Aug ** both only serviced the thermostat and the problem still existed we had another appointment scheduled on the ** of Aug no call no show i had to call an outside heating and air man which cost is ***.** of which ***.** was an emergency call because when I called your representative at *:** pm Sat Aug ** I was put on hold until *:** pm i finally hung up and called back and was told the appt was cancelled however that message wasn't received until *:** pm which is why I had to call an outside heating and air repairman and call g today your reps don't seem to care of this is the way business is handled i will choose to do my business else ware

With your help I contacted them and they are going to reimburse me half of what I had to pay someone else to fix the problem. Thank you again for all of your help
