I forgot my password for my account. I can't just use email & change password bc I have the * passcode setup. I have to enter proof of identity twice. When I say forgot password it asks for my phone number. I have a new number now so it's unrelated to my account. The number on my account is invalid now. The phone that is related to my account was damaged & therefore out of service. So I'm on a different phone with a different number. And the safety feature of having * passcodes has shut me out of my account
