When I am using my phone Samsung Model *SM-S***DL & IMEI* ***************, the sleep mode comes on after * seconds and I HATE THIS FEATURE. When contacting a lot of businesses you have to go thru their automated phone options to select the option which fits your request and this phone constantly falls asleep and I am just about fed-up with this phone. I have no way of controlling the sleep mode when talking. What can be done. If your other models are set up in this manner, I am going to have to purchase a phone from another company. Again I really HATE THIS PHONE!!!
