Hello, I purchased a Samsung M30S in October [redacted]. Within 3-4 months, I experienced issues with the motherboard, which was repaired by the service center. However, after 6 months, the same problem arose again. The service center staff is not responding adequately, offering a cash refund for the amount I paid last year, which was [redacted]. The current price of the M30S is 15,[redacted], so I am hesitant to pay the additional 1,[redacted] without clarity on the phone's problem. They have mentioned I can only redeem the refund at Vijay Sales, while I initially bought the phone from Amazon. I purchased a refrigerator three weeks ago, but it arrived in the wrong color. I was instructed to buy the correct color fridge and was promised a refund for the first one. However, the second delivery encountered issues when the delivery driver rudely refused to remove the door to bring the unit inside. After lodging a complaint, the delivery HUB agreed to resend the refrigerator, but did not provide a specific time frame for the delivery. After contacting Samsung, I was informed it would take 24 to 48 hours to receive the fridge. Today marks the end of the 48-hour period, but when I called the HUB for a delivery time, they extended it by another 48 hours. This situation is causing me inconvenience as my wife had to take time off work for the previous delivery attempts, and now I have had to take a day off as well. I bought a Samsung 4K TV about a year ago but can't find the receipt. Recently, I'm getting sound but no picture on the TV. I am from Egypt, and my TV malfunctioned after 2 years of purchase due to defective LEDs. I am disappointed to see this happen with a Samsung device. I question the quality control in the factory and the components used. There seems to be a lack of inspection and quality control approval, as well as poor storage conditions and subpar component suppliers. This reflects poorly on a brand like Samsung, known globally. However, after turning on the washer, it leaked water and flooded my laundry room, kitchen, pantry, and entryway due to a defect in the washer. I asked the delivery men to take the appliances back, which they did. Samsung assured me that I would receive a full refund without the usual 2-week delay. Despite contacting Samsung twice, as of October 19, I have not received the refund, causing me to go without a washer and dryer for 5 weeks. Samsung only mentioned that they informed XPO of the issue but has not addressed the refund delay. I am seeking urgent resolution and demand to speak with a responsible person at Samsung. I contacted customer service regarding my Samsung VRT top load washer on October 23rd. I explained to the representative about finding plastic in my clothes from the washer, and stated that I did not want to pay for the repair. The representative mentioned a possible recall with a free year of warranty, which I was unaware of recalling it previously. Despite some initial confusion with my name and address, the issue was eventually resolved. However, on October 26th, when trying to find out who would repair my non-functional washer, I faced difficulties setting up an appointment despite numerous calls to different departments. Feeling frustrated after spending hours on the phone, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of progress. In the end, after a frustrating conversation with another representative, I am disappointed with the customer service experience and vow not to purchase Samsung products again due to the poor service encountered.

I am seeking assistance from upper management regarding issues I have been experiencing with my Note 10 from Verizon. I purchased this phone in January to replace my Note 8, which I gave to my husband. However, the Note 10 has been problematic since the beginning, and even though it's less than a month old, I've been given the runaround by Verizon and authorized dealers when seeking a replacement. The phone has had software problems, moisture detection errors, and charging issues, making it unreliable. Despite many visits to Verizon for assistance, the problems persist. I contacted Verizon for a replacement, but the process has been a nightmare with incorrect address details and delayed delivery. I am deeply disappointed in the quality of the Note 10 and the lack of effective customer service to address these issues. I bought the Note20 Ultra and just noticed it doesn't come with earbuds or a port to connect my existing pair. I find it disappointing that after paying $[redacted] for the phone, I now need to buy expensive earbuds separately. It seems like an unnecessary added cost. My husband got a different new phone, which wasn't a Galaxy Note, and it was cheaper with earbuds included. I plan to inform others about this before they decide on getting this phone.

I have a suggestion for Samsung regarding how all their cell phones handle "old" phone calls. Currently, the call history displays all numbers dialed or received in chronological order, which can be overwhelming. I propose that Samsung modify the system to only list unique numbers. This way, users won't have to sift through numerous repeat numbers to find a specific one. When a unique number is selected, the phone could then display all instances of calls made to or received from that number. This small programming adjustment would greatly simplify the process of searching for past numbers, especially when trying to locate a specific contact or track the frequency of communication with a particular number. I hope this suggestion is clear and can be considered by Samsung.

For the past three months, I have been dealing with a hacker who gained access to my metro account and is now interfering with my phone's functionalities. Despite switching to AT&T, the hacker continues to disrupt my device, installing over [redacted] apps and connecting multiple extra devices. During a visit to an AT&T store, a representative accidentally deleted essential data, leaving it in cyberspace. They failed to remove my Samsung account before adding my new email, allowing the hacker to easily infiltrate my new email as well. The hacker frequently changes my passwords, takes control of my bank accounts, and has caused significant financial losses. This malicious individual was initially hired online to help me move furniture and proceeded to steal from me, including important personal documents and electronic devices. I have attempted to factory reset my phone, but the continuous password changes hinder the process. This situation has caused immense stress and health issues, leading me to cancel crucial surgeries out of fear for my safety. I am disappointed with the issues we have experienced with our Samsung refrigerator.
