My husband and I are retired and decided to spend our money on a new Samsung **" TV. We had previously had a Vizio and heard good things about Samsung. We purchased the UN**NU**** from a local WalMart. We spent the day hanging the TV on our wall which was great! The picture is good but when we went to connect our DVD we found only * HDMI ports. We have a fire stick and our cable box plugged in so no room for our player. There was nothing on the box to indicate this TV only had * ports, so now we have to buy an additional device to use our player. We had already dismantled the box so cannot return the TV, plus we don't have the know how or strength to take the TV down..so we are stuck. If there had been that info on the box we would have purchased the model that has multiple ports. WE are not tech savvy so having another device and another remote is overwhelming. I am so unhappy and frustrated with our purchase and hope that in the future you put this important info on the OUTSIDE of your boxes. WE would be happy to pay the difference for the **** model, but the store does not stock it and now will not take it back without the box. Very unhappy :-(

We were lucky that WalMart took this TV back, we exchanged it for a Vizio which is much better picture and has * HDMI ports listed on the BOX!! Will not be buying any Samsung products in the future, customer service was no help
