I've been a safelink customer for years. Last April I was not re enrolled* I was dropped even though I'm still on Medicaid and good stamps. I was made to pay as I go monthly after I've called and called. Sent proper papers in. Faced. And uploaded my proof. I now need a safelink free phone and this is where my nightmare began. Suddenly in re enrolling and requesting a free phone during Covid- not only did I get dropped by safelink .the info is and has been pending for a long time. I waited for my enrollment to resign letter that never came. I can't afford pay as I go and can't get anyone to help me in reopening my safelink- keep my phone number and get a new smartphone. I keep getting passed to other departments and I wait and wait!*Please help me.*My name is Krista Clymer*My cell is ***-***-*****I was divorced ** yrs ago and my social has my married name. It didn't match my maiden name I've gone back to. I have given my divorce papers and social security number. I've provided Medicaid member proof. Nothing has changed. I JUST AM IN NEED OF A SMARTPHONE FREE WITH SAFELINK AND FREE MONTHLY SERVICES. I qualify with lifeline. Approved for lifeline continuation. I call week after week. And still noone can help.*I'm so frustrated and need to catch a break for continued free service with free offered cell with readcivated account.*I've called. I've written.
