I spoke to a reprentative a month ago. I sent by fax the information he asked for. * weeks passed... nothing. I tried to contact you again . For some reason I can't. So,my husband,who is in a nursing facility says he called you and spoke to you. THEY told him I need to put my Medicaid provider card number front and back of each sheet of paper ,which I did. I faxed it all again. It's been like week now. So my husband says he called you again. He was told that the computer or something was down yesterday,that they would contact me today. Not. So like ccalled, she said there is no record of my application ,or she had not received the info. She connected me with a representative who said he had no record of my sending the info you requested. I tried to explain I had sent it twice. I have copy of it. Then he said well it takes * to * days for it to show on the computer.Its been that long and more.*I'm getting paranoid. Are you giving me the run around or what's wrong? It's been over a month.*I live in adult family home and they don't like me using their phone. I need a phone,please tell me what's wrong? * Dyan Egleston
