Good afternoon. On January **, ****, I had a flight to Vilnius. Flight FR ****. Khristyuk Alla and Khristyuk Vyacheslav. Due to the fault of Ryanair, we went through registration for a very long time and missed the flight by only * minutes. Although the plane was standing and the sleeve was attached. After us, another * people came up who were standing after us in line and they were also not allowed on the plane. We were escorted out of the airport with no apologies, no ticket replacements, no refunds. The attitude of the airline towards regular customers in Ukraine is very disappointing. How many fly nowhere do they do this to passengers. Take action and, if possible, compensate for the cost of tickets. Thank you
