Yesterday, I purchased around [redacted] Robux, but when I woke up today, I only had [redacted] left. Upon checking my inventory, I discovered that someone had purchased their own game pass using my account. This has now happened twice. Initially, I brushed it off, but today I became suspicious. I contacted Roblox via email and also submitted a ticket regarding this issue, but I have yet to receive a response. I believe Roblox should enhance the security of their website because it is unfair to lose the money I spent on Robux to someone who hacked my account. Only I should have access to it, yet my Robux keeps disappearing. I hope Roblox will either terminate the account responsible or refund my Robux.

I encountered an issue with two trades on Roblox. In the first trade, I exchanged my smaller limited items for the sender's larger limiteds, while in the second trade, I sent all my large limiteds for a smaller limited. Only the second trade went through, and the first trade was rejected due to an error. The sender has not responded to me since. It seems like I may have been scammed as this was not our agreement. I discovered that the error occurred because the sender moved their limiteds elsewhere after initiating the trade, which is misleading. I urge Roblox to address this issue by crossing out any limited items that have been moved from the account to prevent scams.

I recently sent two trades on ROBLOX, one involving my larger limited items for smaller ones, and another with all my larger limited items for a smaller limited item. The sender mentioned there wasn't "enough room to place more than 4 of the slots provided." However, after accepting both trades, only one was successful - the trade where I exchanged my larger limited items for a smaller one. The other trade was labeled as "rejected due to error" in the inactive trades section. Unfortunately, the sender has not responded to my messages since. I feel like I've been scammed, as this was not our agreement. I discovered that the rejection occurred because the sender had already moved their limited item elsewhere after proposing the trade. This loophole could be exploited by scammers. ROBLOX, could you assist me in retrieving my limited items or address this issue to prevent unfair practices? It would be helpful if items no longer in the sender's inventory were clearly marked as such in trade offers to avoid deceptive situations.

My account got hacked, and someone used it to support an issue. I am unable to take any action since I don't know the person responsible, and now my account has been terminated unfairly. Please assist me. The hacker is playing games and harassing people, leading to reports against my account and subsequent ban. I recovered my phone recently and tried to access Roblox, only to discover that my account has been terminated.

My friend attempted a prank on me, which went wrong. He was messing around in the Garage Mega Mansion Tycoon game, spending my in-game money. Another player annoyed my friend, leading him to use inappropriate words. Please, could you lift the ban? I assure you I didn't utter any curse words, both in Roblox and in real life. I am a polite Christian who wouldn't swear. I kindly request to be unbanned. If needed, I am willing to be monitored to prove my innocence. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Despite entering my password, "annacelinasalov," multiple times, I'm unable to log in. This issue arose after being abruptly logged out of Roblox and failing to log back in swiftly. I had Robux on my account, which I would like to recover as they were purchased. Additionally, I had made progress in various games at higher levels, representing a significant amount of time invested that I hope is not lost. Could you please assist me in resetting my password? I understand the necessity of having my email or phone number connected to my account for this process, but unfortunately, I hadn't done so.

In late [redacted], at 8 years old, I began playing Roblox on guest profiles. In early [redacted], I created the account kosar250 using what I suspect was a fictitious email. Over time, I lost access to this account as I grew older. In [redacted], I made a new account, KosarPlayz, but it never quite captured the same status as my original one. I feel nostalgic and would love to retrieve my old account. My date of birth is 23/1/[redacted] if that information is needed.

I was in the middle of a trade involving my sister when a person offered a shadow dragon in exchange for everything I owned. Unfortunately, in the confusion, I traded with someone who had a similar username to my sister's, but with a small difference. As a result, I lost all of my possessions and realized my mistake too late. I have already been deceived once and lost my parrot, and now I fear losing my arctic pet as well. I almost traded my sister, but a user tricked me by pretending to trade a shadow dragon for everything I own. After realizing my sister's real username has a "1" instead of an "l" in it, I lost everything in the trade. I had previously lost a parrot and refuse to lose my arctic pet now. Please help me retrieve my pets by checking my trade history. I worked hard to acquire them and desperately want them back.

Hello dear Roblox Team, About 3 days ago, I found an item on Roblox that really caught my eye (Mermaid mystique). So, I went to Smyth Toys with my saved money to get the Celebrity mystery box. Knowing it was a matter of luck, and not being very lucky, I spent all my money (a total of [redacted]€). When I got home and opened the boxes, the item I really wanted wasn't there. I have been attempting to log into my account without success. After getting a new phone, I no longer have access to my previous verified phone number. Despite knowing my username and recently changing my password due to a hack, I am unable to login successfully. I input the previous password before the change, but I am continuously prompted to verify my identity as a robot. This leads to a never-ending loop of verification attempts. Hello, Yesterday, my son Taylorlecreateur (age 8) and I (his mother) tried to buy Robux three times (around $10 each time), but we kept getting an error message. I recently noticed two charges on my account from an app - one for $4 and another for $[redacted].49. While I am not concerned about the $4 charge, I am very worried about the $[redacted].49 charge. The security on my phone is password protected, but my only grandsons, aged 3 and 7, play games on it. I strongly believe the $[redacted].49 charge was made by my 3-year-old grandson, as the 7-year-old was at school during that time. I have attempted to dispute this with Google and now with your company, and I will also contact my card provider. While playing on my Roblox account from [redacted], I received a message on the screen stating "Same account launched experience from different device. Reconnect if you prefer to use this device. (Error Code: [redacted])," which led to me being logged out. Upon attempting to log back in, I discovered that the password had been changed. Strangely, a pin was added to my account without my knowledge. No one I know has access to my account. I typically use Roblox simulator games to help with my anxiety, which is why I am feeling very panicked.
