Hello, my son's new account, XxCookid2023xX, was breached by someone who somehow obtained his password. He hasn't been able to play since. I used to purchase Robux on his Xbox account for his Xbox gamer tag, GlibNeptune22, and the Robux would be synced between them. He really loves Roblox, and it's his favorite game. He's feeling hopeless now. We would really appreciate it if something could be done. He has achieved a lot and customized his character uniquely with the Robux I bought. It's heartbreaking to see him go through this as a victim of hacking. If we could work together to secure his account by updating security measures like emails and phone numbers, it would mean a lot to us. My account was banned due to unauthorized charges. My grandma purchased ROBLOX, but the card was canceled because it bought too many. Now, I am unable to access my account with all the progress I made over two years. I have reached out via email and phone but have not received a response. There is a player named Beagle in our game who has been unjustly reporting other players for hacking without cause. I defended a friend, Paola, who was wrongly accused and tried to reason with Beagle. Beagle persisted in harassing me, claiming to have emailed the game support team about the situation. I stood my ground against Beagle's unfair accusations and behavior, standing up for my friends who were being reported.

I purchased the Builders Club and $25 worth of Robux for my son. He has the same username and characters on both his computer and Xbox One. However, only a small amount transferred to his Xbox while the rest remains on the computer. Purchases made on the computer do not transfer to the game. I hope I didn't waste my money. My son uses the same Roblox account, with the username Camjuju23, on both his computer and Xbox One. Today, I bought the Builders Club and $25 worth of Robux on his computer assuming it would synchronize with his Xbox account, given they are linked. However, the Robux did not fully transfer, leaving some on the computer, and purchases made on the computer did not reflect on the Xbox. I gave away a Visa gift card on Discord, which is not against their terms of service, and it was not related to Roblox. One person who entered got upset when they didn't win and falsely reported me. I apologize for any confusion. I have learned from this experience and promise not to cause any issues like this in the future. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I lost 200k. While playing the Roblox game Harvesting Simulator, a user named Luckygamerlol10 offered rewards, claiming their dad was from ROBLOX. Skeptical, I joined their custom server and encountered a suspicious request for my password in exchange for in-game currency. Sensing a scam, I left only to find the same scenario upon rejoining. Unable to interact with any player except Luckygamerlol10, I realized it was a deceitful scheme. When questioning the user, they evaded the issue and eventually banned me from their server. Taking precautions, I blocked Luckygamerlol10 to prevent further contact. Be cautious of such deceptive tactics while gaming online.

Earlier today, I fell victim to a scam during a game of Murder Mystery 2 on Roblox. While trading for 2 chroma godlys, a player named DRFC (with additional numbers) acted as a trusted middleman. Both myself and another player named San (with numbers and descriptors) entrusted our items to DRFC. Unfortunately, when it was time to finalize the trade, DRFC abruptly left, taking all of our godlys without completing the trade. I am requesting for Roblox to return my entire inventory, as this player was appointed by Roblox and was deemed trustworthy. Upon logging in after a period of inactivity, I discovered additional robux and builder's club on my account indicating unauthorized access. Subsequently, my account was terminated due to these unauthorized charges, likely related to the purchased builder's club. As a teenager, I am unsure of the process and seek assistance in reopening my account, which I have had for 6 years and contains valuable items. Hello, I have a question. Can payments be made on the web using iDEAL since my parents do not have a credit card? They only have access to iDEAL as a payment method. While payments can be processed via phone, I am looking to purchase [redacted] Robux + OBC which is not feasible over the phone. I need to replenish my Apple account balance, which is why I prefer to use iDEAL. The support team removed my previous email ([redacted]) as the owner and sent a verification request to this email ([redacted]) without informing me of the new password. Consequently, I am unable to verify the email or change the password as they have detached all my emails from the account. Currently, I am locked out of my Roblox account. I believe if they reset the password to the previous one, I would be able to log in and complete the email verification process since I still remember the old password.

Yesterday, I tried to upload a clean version of a song to use on Roblox. However, the platform deemed it inappropriate and banned my account for 3 days. I appealed the ban, questioning the decision, as I believe the audio was suitable for Roblox. The response I received indicated they could not provide any additional information on the matter and advised me to review the initial message. I was puzzled as the only explanation given previously was the content being inappropriate.
