I had funds for a phone when I acquired the Q Link SIM card. Based on the online Q Link system, I selected a Samsung Galaxy 6 because it was listed as compatible. After speaking with customer service, I was informed that the phone lacks some necessary features for full compatibility with Q Link. I would not have chosen this phone without relying on the information provided by the Q Link system. Currently, I am unable to afford a replacement phone. Could you please escalate this issue to a supervisor to inquire if Q Link can provide me with an inexpensive replacement phone, considering I don't have the means to purchase one? The online system's incorrect information led me to pick this phone, and if it weren't for that, I would have chosen a more suitable option.

Last week, my cell phone fell on the floor and the screen cracked in the right corner. Since then, it hasn't been working properly. I can't make or receive calls or messages. I'm frustrated because I haven't received any help despite reaching out multiple times. How can I get this issue resolved?

Hello, my name is Debra B. I have a Great CTE smartphone, but unfortunately, it's broken. There's a crack on the screen in the right-hand corner, and now I can't send or receive messages or make calls. I haven't been able to reach your customer service team to report the issue. I am hoping to get some guidance on how to go about getting a replacement phone. Thank you.

I recently received a SIM card to port my phone number. I believe the porting process was successful, but I haven't been able to use my phone since switching from Boost. It seems they have locked my device. I activated your service with my number, but I can't use it, leaving me without any phone service. I desperately need a working phone to find a job. Is there any way I can receive a phone from your company that is compatible with your service at no cost? My phone is vital for job searching and interviews, and I am relying on it to improve my situation. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my QLink ZTE N817 phone. It is unable to hold a charge, drops calls frequently, and delays sending emails for days. Recently, I received a Ring-Always Home Device that I urgently need installed for my safety. Unfortunately, my current phone's software version is 10.5, which cannot be updated. As a result of mobility issues, I rely on this security device for assistance when alone at home. Could you kindly suggest a QLink replacement phone with an updated software version that supports the Ring app? I require a phone that is easy to use due to limited mobility despite having some upper body movement. Your help in finding a dependable phone model that meets these requirements would be greatly appreciated. Anna

I signed up with Quick Link and purchased a phone for $79.99. I have been on the phone with them for over 2 hours without any answer. I cannot get service at my home and cannot make calls. I need to cancel my service. I doubt I will get a refund for the phone. This Lifeline phone system does not work for me. I need to cancel to switch to SafeLink. Please transfer my benefits to SafeLink. My name is Maureen J. My phone number, [redacted], is currently not working, and I am using a friend's phone, [redacted]. I live in Salamanca, NY, at 39 Ward Street. If anyone can assist, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I would like a refund for a Q Link Wireless phone I purchased. I expected to receive unlimited calls, texts, and data through the government phone program. My service stopped in early January [redacted], leaving me unable to use the phone I paid for. Please provide a return postage package for me to send back the phone. I don't want to deal with unprofessional or unreliable individuals personally or in business. I am not looking for apologies, just a peaceful resolution and a refund to my debit card. I will involve my bank if necessary. I have lost trust in Q Link Wireless and plan to inform the government about the program's issues and fraudulent services. Thank you, Marion O. on 01.19.21.

I ordered a replacement phone from your company on Black Friday last year in [redacted]. However, I have not received the phone yet, and $20.00 has been deducted from my friend S. Spoljaric's card. I already gave him $20.00 cash when I made the order. My service has been canceled, but it’s not my fault as I haven't used the phone in the last 30 days due to not receiving the replacement. When we ask the mail carrier, they keep saying they haven't delivered the phone yet. The mail system has been delayed, as reported in the news. I rely on my phone for business, so I urgently need to keep my Q Link number, which is [redacted].

I recently signed up for a service and unfortunately, my SIM card was sent to the wrong mailing address. Despite contacting both customer service representatives and UPS, no one has been able to assist me thus far. This issue has left me without phone service for over a month. As a result, I've faced challenges in maintaining communication, managing my city utilities, and accessing essential prescriptions due to my disability. I am feeling frustrated by the lack of progress and support in resolving this matter.

I have attempted to reach customer support multiple times, but there has been no response. I am having trouble with a phone number, [redacted], that was moved from a stolen qlink phone to my daughter's phone. Even though I canceled the service months ago, the number is still linked to her phone's IMEI number, preventing it from being activated by a new provider. Despite my efforts through chat, I have not been able to resolve this issue. The phone displays as out of service when trying to call or message it. My daughter is unable to use her iPhone 10 due to this ongoing qlink association. I am seeking assistance in removing this number from qlink's system. Please provide a contact number to speak with a representative. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted].

My phone is experiencing rapid battery drain and overheating issues. Even though it struggles to maintain a strong signal for data, it seems to be downloading 58 apps, although I only recognize around 10-15. I suspect there may be hidden apps causing this problem. I am unable to set the APN, reset the profile, or reach rrcaptcha due to error messages. The phone only connects to 3G instead of LTE. Even after a factory reset, the problematic apps return. This issue has persisted since before the phone was stolen and my accounts were hacked. I am puzzled how this occurred with a new SIM card and phone. I visited your website seeking an upgrade, but none of the available phones were compatible with service in my area. I need assistance in resolving these technical issues and finding a reliable phone and service plan. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I'm Tommy Giles. I was working with a client at InstaMed in Las Vegas, NV, who aimed to assist individuals on Medicaid, Medicare, SSI, or Food Stamps. Unfortunately, the business was impacted by the pandemic before it could fully launch its services. I signed up the office to provide your phone service to eligible individuals. I received the phone you sent me, but it's not functioning. I have connections to all the Senior Housing Apartments in Clark County, comprising over [redacted] apartments in my building. To offer your phone service effectively, I require a functional phone.

I inserted the sim card into my phone, and everything seems to be functioning, except for the fact that I can't make calls. There is no sound, and incoming calls go straight to voicemail without me setting it up. It's not a speaker issue as it works fine otherwise. Trying to get my phone to work with this service provider has been frustrating. The only time it worked was when I bought a phone from you directly. Bring Your Own Phone (BYOP) has never worked for me as I'd like to use my own device. Please contact me with a solution as I can't call you due to this phone issue. I've been without a working phone for a week because of this inconvenience. I am 60 years old and not in the best of health, and this situation is causing unnecessary stress. I have informed my brother that you are to blame if anything goes wrong due to the lack of communication. I live alone and it's important to have a working phone. Let's resolve this promptly.

I had an urgent situation where my phone disconnected while I was on a call with my mother experiencing breathing difficulties. I contacted Assurance Wireless customer service, and they mentioned that I am listed as a customer with QLINK even though I have not used their services for at least seven years. I lost my phone and could not afford a new one, hence I requested to have the services disconnected. Despite receiving emails requesting recertification, I could not respond due to not having a phone. I want to clarify that I did not consent to anyone signing up for a QLINK account under my name. When trying to reach out for assistance, I encountered challenges with an unhelpful automated system. Assurance Wireless recommended asking QLINK for courtesy minutes due to the emergency situation with my mother.

I received the SIM card, but my phone where it goes is broken. I used the BYOP option. Could you please send me a phone? I initially only got the SIM card, but the slot on my phone is damaged, so it says there's no SIM card. I need a phone to work with the SIM card you sent. Also, can you update my address to [redacted] W. Vistula Street #[redacted], Bristol, IN 45[redacted]? The hashtag in the address is crucial to avoid delivery issues. The phone number I'd like to use is [redacted]. Please ensure I can keep this number. You can reach me on my alternate number [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance. If you need anything else, please get in touch. Thank you. Stephanie D. [redacted] W Vistula Street #[redacted] Bristol, IN 46[redacted]

I had a SIM card kit in my purse that got stolen before I could use it in my iPhone 7, which is compatible with Verizon. I'm planning to do a network reset, but I'm concerned about being logged out of my work app, Instacart, as it requires a code sent to my phone for login. I need to update my phone number first and I'm unsure what my new number will be. The stolen SIM card was associated with my account but never activated. The phone was received at a domestic violence shelter through a government program that's been canceled due to COVID, rendering the phone number inactive. When active, only the program team could access the account, not Verizon. They mentioned I could get a new number, but it would be on their network. Despite Qlink confirming SIM compatibility, I worry about potential issues accessing the app as I have work in the evening.

I have an LG Treasure TracFone with the IMEI of [redacted][redacted]. The Q Link Wireless website states my phone is compatible without needing a Q Link SIM card. However, when I enter my phone number and the last 5 digits of my SIM card into the mobile app, it says the SIM is not registered on the network. Even though I have a Q Link SIM card, my phone shows it as invalid. When I check the ESN 80ED9E0B, it says my phone is not compatible. My Q Link phone number is [redacted], PIN [redacted], and my enrollment ID is [redacted]07. The SIM card I'm trying to activate from my TracFone is [redacted][redacted]. My email associated with my Q Link account is [redacted], but please contact me at [redacted] I appreciate your prompt attention as I have been struggling for days to resolve this. I attempted to self-activate via phone, but each number I called through the system was identified as a Q Link number which prevented activation.

In the past five months, I've had to replace three phones and two SIM card kits. On Friday, March 5th, I experienced issues while trying to activate my BYOP. I received a SIM card recommended by the company for the second time, but it didn't work with the supposedly compatible phone. I was then told that my one-month-old phone also wasn't compatible. Consequently, I had to purchase another phone due to the reps deactivating the previous one that was working fine. Now, I have multiple phones and SIM card kits that serve no purpose. As a customer for over a decade, I never encountered such problems until recently. Despite being disabled and financially constrained, I had to borrow money just to maintain a phone. I seek assistance to rectify the situation, obtain a refund, and have clarity regarding these unprecedented challenges. My name is Michele Whipple, and you can reach me at [redacted] regarding the ongoing account issues. Your prompt resolution is greatly appreciated.

I've encountered the same issue with contacting customer service. The phone I received came with malicious apps that spam notifications and lock my home screen. I have tried troubleshooting it by disabling the apps and doing a factory reset, but they keep re-enabling themselves. I am eligible for an exchange, but I am struggling to obtain an RMA number required for the return process. Although they responded to my email, they simply advised me to call them. However, the automated phone system is difficult to understand and often unresponsive when I try to input the requested keys. This makes their customer support virtually unusable. If I can't find a solution soon, I might just wait until they cancel my service. I am aware that I could switch to a different provider, but I have had difficulties finding one that offers a budget-friendly phone. I have already invested too much time trying to resolve this issue on my own.

I recently received an unsolicited SIM card from QLink, possibly for 5G service, which I allowed my granddaughter to install. After following the setup instructions, I encountered an issue transferring my number on a Sunday evening. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that my current phone wouldn't work until the new SIM card was activated. This lack of information was frustrating, as I rely on my phone for safety at 70 years old. I am concerned about being without service; can you assist me in ensuring my phone works tonight?
