I recently had two back orders, one for a DVR and one for a pair of slippers. For all my orders, I always include a check for the items and postage. Although I received bills for the late items, I got the WWII DVR and was additionally billed $23. Despite reassurances from Customer Service that $8.80 for shipping would cover the DVR en route, I was surprised by today's bill for $23. To resolve this, I propose canceling the slipper order and using the payment already made to cover the DVR cost. As a longtime loyal customer, I am considering closing my account and opting out of future mailings from Publishers Clearing House. My Customer ID is [redacted]0. - Sheila W.

I received a $10 prize check and tried to deposit it by taking a photo with my phone. Normally it works fine, but this time it was rejected for being too blurry. After waiting a week for the bank to confirm, they initially credited my account then debited it two days later, claiming the image was still unclear. I had already marked it as deposited, only to find out it wasn't readable. If I send the check back, could you issue a new one in return? I'd prefer to avoid phone deposits and use an ATM instead. Thanks, Linda C.

Around two months ago, I placed an order for 2 sets of ruby sliders totaling $38.85. I recently contacted customer service as I only received one package out of the two ordered. A PCH representative advised me not to pay the full amount until both packages arrive. However, as of today (02/07/22), I have yet to receive the second set of ruby sliders. Today I received a bill demanding immediate payment or face a total of $43.35 by 02/24/22, which includes a late fee. I have always promptly paid for items upon receipt and should not be penalized for delays in the shipment. I am unsure how to proceed in resolving this issue and would appreciate your help in looking into my payment history with the company.

I recently purchased an exercise item that was supposed to include a $30 free gift with a $5.99 shipping charge. After receiving a text notifying me that my order was being processed and the total due was over $29, I contacted customer service last night. Despite being assured that the shipping fee would be waived, I have not seen this reflected in my order. As a loyal customer of PCzH for over 50 years, I am disappointed by this experience. Communication was also difficult as one representative had trouble speaking English. I ordered the item to maintain a good relationship with PCH and do not actually need it. If the shipping cost can be removed, I would like to proceed with the order. Additionally, my apartment number (apt #[redacted]) was missing from the confirmation. I appreciate your prompt attention to these issues. Thank you for your help!

I am looking to get in touch with Ervin regarding an issue with my mail. About three months ago, I started receiving duplicate envelopes from your company. Initially, I assumed it was a promotion for loyal customers, but one of the envelopes mentioned a co-owner named M. Peck, which is not related to me. I paid for my property myself, and I live alone. Ervin informed me that he contacted customer service to resolve this, but I am still receiving mail for M. Peck. Now, there is an attempt to charge me for a 9-item order made by M. Peck on 4-16-[redacted], whom I do not know and does not reside nearby. Additionally, my name was misspelled as Chery instead of Cheryl. My name is Cheryl A. Peck.

I'm seeking assistance regarding George Foster who claimed to be from Publishing Clearing House and received $1,[redacted] from us. He promised a prize of a Mercedes-Benz and asked us to scratch off a card to provide him with a number. After various promises, he reduced the prize amount and stopped communicating. We are concerned about being scammed. To verify George Foster's authenticity, we provided his phone number: [redacted]-[redacted]. Despite our attempts to contact him, we have received no response. We hope to recover our funds and would appreciate any information regarding this situation. Please contact us at [redacted].

Hello, I recently received a call from someone who claimed I had won a prize. They requested payment in the form of three money cards, each worth $[redacted]. After providing the card numbers, I was informed of additional fees before receiving my prize. Despite following their instructions and making the payments, I never received the promised prize. I attempted to reach out to the individual three times but received no response. The caller identified themselves as George Foster, an agent from Publishers Clearing House. I am now unsure if this was a scam or a legitimate offer. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue and potentially recover the $1,[redacted] I paid.

I received a call from an individual with an accent claiming to be the CEO and CPA of Clearing House Sweepstakes, mentioning various prizes I had won, including a Mercedes. To claim the prizes, I was asked to purchase a "declaration stamp" from certain stores. Suspicious, I decided to investigate further. The person, supposedly named Joe Goldberg, had a questionable accent and claimed to be from Jericho, which seemed unlikely. Another individual attempted to scam me for the Mega Millions Sweepstakes. Despite my lack of knowledge about it, I engaged in conversation with him and even suggested legal ways for him to earn money since he mentioned his struggle to find work in the Jamaican countryside. I enjoy uncovering these scams and am willing to share details to help others. Feel free to contact me for more information on these scammers. My name is Marie Castellano, and you can reach me at [redacted].

I would like to request an email confirming my prize sweepstakes win for my records. I need documentation of all my winnings. There has been an ongoing issue with the state of North Carolina involving operations that caused internal damages and misuse of funds through government agencies. Despite this, no one in the state has offered assistance, and the situation has been ongoing from 3/21/19 to 6/3/22. I had an expunged record due to this operation/game, which has been verified by other states. I have evidence of surveillance on the police and their involvement in this operation over the last two years. It is clear that my funds have not been returned, and legal action may be necessary. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone number when applying for Section 8 housing. Suddenly, I am receiving countless unsolicited calls throughout the day, bombarding me constantly. I am already dealing with disability and have Medi-Cal, not Medicare. It's frustrating to deal with this on my new phone, receiving numerous text messages and calls. I simply wish for these individuals to cease bothering me.

Yesterday, I placed bids on multiple items. Today, when I attempted to collect my winnings from the box on the top right corner, I encountered an issue. Despite clicking on the box repeatedly and lifting the top, I was unable to claim my prize. The message prompted me to hurry and collect the prize, but unfortunately, I could not retrieve the gift card that I believe I had won. Any guidance on what might have gone wrong would be greatly appreciated.

I recently received order number [redacted]09 last Friday and was dismayed by the condition of the plants upon arrival. The plants appeared drastically different from the healthy yellow cactus depicted in the advertisement. The two cuttings I received seem unrooted and barely surviving after less than a week. I received an invoice for $33.50, excluding the $8.99 shipping fee which I understand is non-refundable. I kindly request a credit for the poor condition of the plants. I prefer not to return them as I am concerned they may not survive the trip back. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you. - M.B. from Montgomery NY

I recently received a text message claiming I had won $[redacted] a week and a lump sum of money. The message instructed me to go to CVS or Walgreens, purchase a Green Dot card, and send $[redacted].00. I was also uncomfortable with the request for my bank information. This made me hesitant as I've never known Publishers Clearing House to ask for funds this way. The promise of someone showing up at my house with balloons and a check felt like a scam. This combined with the demand for banking information and $[redacted] was a red flag for me. It's unfortunate that there are so many scams circulating.

On May 7, [redacted], a person named Anthony Jones contacted me on Instagram, claiming I won $1,[redacted],[redacted]. He asked for a $50 Amazon gift card to get started. Despite promising to deliver the winnings in person, he later said a FedEx driver would bring them, but the driver was allegedly arrested by the FBI for damaging their offices. Then, someone claiming to be from the FBI contacted me on Google Chat, requesting payment for the damages. Another person named Chris then supposedly tried to pick up my winnings, but the amount increased to $2,[redacted],[redacted], requiring me to pay for a jet from the airport. After paying for that, they were stopped by Homeland Security, and I had to pay $[redacted]. Now they are asking for payment for Joe Biden's signature to release the winnings. It has been three years, and I haven't received any money. I am seeking a full refund of the money I have paid.

My name is Pamela B. I have been residing in Jackson, Tennessee for the last four days. A person named Mr. Green keeps contacting me persistently claiming that I have won $2,[redacted],[redacted] and a new car in a summer promotion. Despite my attempts to explain that I have contacted Publishers Clearing House and determined it's a scam, he continues to pressure me. Mr. Green insists that I must prepare for a visit from Steve Harvey by dressing up and buying a $[redacted] American Express gift card from a nearby store as proof of readiness. He disregards my concerns about publishers clearing house protocols, arguing that my prize has been transferred to a lottery. He sent me legal documents with minuscule text which I suspect hides crucial details. I wish to report this individual and seek assistance in stopping this fraudulent activity.

I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be Todd Sloale from PCH, informing me that I won $2,[redacted],[redacted]. They stated that PCH does not require tax payments, only a claim ticket. I was instructed to buy 2 gift cards worth $[redacted] each from CVS or Walgreen, then call back with the gift card information. They mentioned a PCH van, a flatbed truck with a [redacted] Mercedes, and two policemen who would accompany me to the bank with the prize. They knew details like my address, phone number, bank, and even my birthday. The number provided to call back was [redacted]. They warned against speaking to anyone about it to avoid scams. It's concerning to receive such fraudulent calls.

I received a message from a person named Miss Lam claiming that I won a big prize. I am unsure if this is legitimate and if I truly won. Additionally, she mentioned that I have some checks at Bank of America. I have been sending money or cards to her as payment to receive my winnings. The first three digits of her phone number are [redacted] and the last four are [redacted]. I am trying to verify if this is her actual phone number and if this is a real opportunity.

I have already submitted my request twice to switch my mailing accounts to the online version to access information about my orders. Despite multiple attempts, I still cannot view my account details. I have not received the itemized statement I requested by mail and only received two statements for my recent orders. I urgently need to speak to a representative to resolve this issue as I cannot afford to be late on payments due to lack of access to my account information. I have input the required details on the website twice already, but it keeps prompting me to restart the process. I am frustrated and seeking assistance to make progress on this matter. Thank you.
