I went to Popeyes in humble tx and ordered the * peice strip meal with tge Cajun fries meal and the chicken sandwich meal with red beans and rice and * extra side of red beans and rice and * banana parfaits. First our ordee was all wrong as the chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain and dry then i only got rice...just no beans. The chicken tenders were awful almost under cooked and should have been spicey and fries were cold and. Wewere charged for * additional sides that we didnt order..and lastly never received the * parfaits. The staff was rude and unprofessional and offered no resolution to the issue. I called another popeyes they said to come to that location and they would make it right...i did and they refused to help saying i had to call corporate and then refused to give me the corporate number. I must admit I am shocked and appalled at how this has all been handled by yall. I have nothing no money and no car since my house was set on fire and now ive basically just given yall free money...and im shocked at how badly Popeyes has treated me and this situation...because now im hungry and homeless*Thank you*Jennifer Avant
