To Whom It May Concern,* Almost every Tuesday I go to the Popeyes list located at **** Austin Bluffs Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO and get two orders of the special which is two pieces of white meat for $*.** each. Yesterday, February **, I went and ordered at the drive-through. First she told me it was eight dollars and some odd cents and I told her I didn’t order that much chicken. I told her my order again, so when I got to the window she tried to charge me $*.**. Which is wrong, it should come out to $*.**. They argued with me that that’s what the machine said and it was right. $*. **** equals $*.** plus $.** tax. But they insisted that it was right and wouldn’t correct it. And they didn’t seem to care either to make it right. It’s just simple math but they just didn’t get it. They were rude and arguing with me so I just asked for my money back and left. I will probably never go to that store again. I will go out of my way to go to another Popeyes location. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems there, they can’t seem to get your order right. I’ve had this happen at least four times. But I gave them another chance now this is the last one. I hope that you would check into this and Maybe see if they know their math skills. Not trying to be sarcastic but it’s just simple math when you add up what I ordered. One more thing, they never answer their phone when you try to call them. I called another store and they made an order right one time even though I had bought it from the other store. They even admitted the other store never answers their phone, even when they call them. It’s a shame you can’t get good customer service anymore. No one seems to care. **Molly McWilliams
