Couple weeks ago, myself, my husband, and our * kids went through drive through at the Popeyes in Englewood, Ohio. We were going to get the $*.** and $* deals. The lady informed us the deal was over. I have just seen the deal on TV couple days ago, but ok. We started looking at the menu, when a guy comes on the radio, like can I help you? We were like, one minute. we were trying to find something better for the price that would feed * people. The guy came back angry, like come inside and we can help you with the menu. We told him we have * kids in the car, and it's cold outside "Pickle head". The guy was doing so much talking that we couldn't look at the menu to decide. Then, he is like you were in the drive thru for * minutes, and I will call the police, and I don't have to serve you now, so leave. I called customer service the same night. I was promised someone will contact me. I called back again in like *-* days. The lady said she resent it. I called today ******, and I was told my case was closed. Closed? I asked the lady, what was the resolution since my case was closed. She had no idea why. She kept saying she reopened the case and someone will contact me shortly. I asked for a supervisor, she said the supervisor is on the phone. Ok, I will wait. She absolutely didn't like that. She kept saying reopened it. My phone number is ***-***-****. Please contact me.
