Hi and good afternoon I will like to know your face mask policy because my dad went into your store in Patchogue on Sunrise Highway and he was approached by one of your managers and was told to not to come back if he is not wearing a mask. My dad had a face shield which covered his entire face and this face shield also counts as a face cover. My dad is ** years old and he used to get all the products for his beloved dog. He felt intimidated and embarrassed that he was ask to leave by your manager. My dad works for stop and shop supermarket and we were provided those face shields so I know they are ok to be worn. When my dad told your manager that he works for stop and shop and the face shields are ok, she proceeded by yelling at him saying “my son works for stop and shop and that’s not true”. I don’t want anything in return other than an apology to my dad for the behavior that your manager displayed towards him. As we work in customer service areas our priority is customer satisfaction and I hope you see my point and do what’s right.
