I bought what I believed to be a Visa Gift Card at Walmart. Walmart informed me that they "activated" the card with the $25 I loaded onto it. Upon opening the card, I discovered it was not a gift card. Walmart refused to refund my $25. I contacted Netspend who advised me to activate the card to access the $25. After obtaining a PIN and attempting what I thought was activation, I was unsuccessful in using the card with the PIN. I do not wish to open an account with MetaBank or provide my SSN. I simply want to utilize the card temporarily to retrieve my $25 if necessary. The card was on the "gift card rack" at Walmart. I feel this company should take responsibility for misrepresentation. I am seeking a full reimbursement of my funds.

My Netspend card has been restricted since March 17, [redacted]. They withheld my stimulus money due to a court order from [redacted] housing court that I was unaware of. I signed a release form to allow them to deduct $[redacted], which I faxed back to the lawyer Gray Thipen. Today, I was informed that I will receive the rest of my funds. However, when I called on 10/16/[redacted] to confirm the deduction, it hadn't been processed. I now have to wait until morning to speak with someone about this issue. The situation with Netspend has been frustrating, and I would not recommend them to others. If I signed a release form yesterday, why am I still waiting for my money?

I recently received a new card for my All Access NetSpend account, and unfortunately, it was targeted for potential fraudulent activity. As a precaution, the card was canceled, and I requested a replacement. I then transferred my funds to my regular NetSpend card ending in [redacted]. However, after the transfer, I received a text regarding a suspicious charge of $14.95. I would like to address this matter with customer service directly to clarify. I value the security of my account and hope to resolve any issues promptly.

NetSpend put a hold on my card after I transferred money from my all access account to my regular NetSpend account. Someone tried to debit my account through People Finder. I didn't confirm the debit, fearing I might lose access to my funds. I called CFK rewards, and they confirmed the charges did not go through, assuring no further charges would be made. Please unlock my card immediately. I've had several issues like this with NetSpend before, and I'm frustrated.

My name is Aaron S. I recently had my Netspend card stolen. I was arrested for unpaid tickets on the 13th/14th early AM. Upon my release, my bags, wallet, and phone were also stolen. I am looking to identify the thief and recover my funds. If the card is FDIC insured, I need information on starting the claims process. The money lost was crucial for restarting my business post-COVID disruptions. It is a significant setback. When arrested, there was roughly $8,[redacted] in the account, but I lack the exact amount. Please assist in any way possible. My Social is [redacted]53, BD: 01/28/[redacted]. I do not have the last 4 digits requested by customer service as those were also stolen with my card and belongings.

I am having trouble accessing the cards I ordered. Each time I try to log in, I receive an error message saying "the account information provided does not match. Try Again." I have used the card numbers and passwords for all three cards, and no combination seems to work. Despite trying each card multiple times, I continue to encounter the same issue. I am looking for guidance on how to resolve this problem as it is frustrating to face the same error every time I attempt to access my account.

After loading my card, I noticed an unauthorized charge pending. I contacted customer service to stop it, but was told it had to go through. I requested a hold so I could transfer the remaining balance, but was advised to buy another card and transfer it. I had to pay for a new card and load it with at least $20. When inquiring about the disputed amount, I was told to email instead of seeing the amount back on my card as promised. I called for a supervisor, but faced long hold times or disconnections. I am frustrated and need my money to pay bills. I would like the disputed amount returned and a prompt resolution with a human representative.

I was shopping on Aliexpress, planning to order several items I had on my wishlist for a long time. Because I was buying directly from wholesale vendors, I had to place multiple orders for each individual item instead of one large order. After successfully placing half a dozen items in quick succession, my account got locked, possibly due to the sudden spike in orders seeming like suspicious activity. I received an error message stating my card was declined, which I thought was an app issue until I received an email from NetSpend confirming they had blocked a transaction and needing my approval. Upon trying to log in, I realized my password was no longer working, escalating my frustration. In my anger, I threw my phone across the room, which I regret. The urgency of the situation is heightened by a $[redacted] transfer from my reliacard to NetSpend, with only $25 left inaccessible. I desperately need this resolved immediately.

I have been attempting to receive a refund since before September [redacted]. Despite contacting them multiple times, approximately 6, they have been unable to locate my card number or social security number. It is frustrating to go through this process every time just to reach a person, and even when I do, they promise a refund in 5-7 days which has not materialized as of today, December 1st. I have kept a detailed record of all the emails sent, calls made, and the individuals spoken to. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate it to the BBB, FTC, and various online platforms to address their lack of professionalism, accountability, and deceptive practices. I am determined to get my money back and prevent them from using it any further.

I used to live with a man who relied on my social security check and his welfare food stamps. He took control of my card and claimed that I owed him money, even though we didn't share finances. He was not comfortable with me having my own money. This situation seems highly inappropriate and possibly illegal. He shouldn't have access to my account, use my funds, and engage in infidelity while expecting me to pay for his other relationships.

I bought a $[redacted] card and now I'm having trouble getting a refund or transferring the balance to another account. I've been unable to reach a representative and I'm confused because NetSpend is saying they no longer want to do business with me due to previous activity. Could you please call me back soon to help clarify this situation? Thank you.

Hello Customer Service Team, I visited Wal-Mart on November 29 to purchase a $[redacted] Visa gift card. I used it to pay my overdue water bill after receiving a final notice from the water company. I inadvertently took a different card from the company while at the store. Upon realizing the mix-up at home, I tried to activate the card for shopping but encountered activation issues. Despite numerous daily attempts, the card remains inactive, rendering my $[redacted] in cash invested in an unutilizable card. I initially believed the card would be convenient for customers like me, but the current situation feels discriminatory and frustrating. I simply seek assistance in activating the card to proceed with my planned purchases. Your prompt attention to resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received an All Access money pass credit or debit card a month or two ago, but I forgot to activate it. I thought I had activated it a month ago when I called to do so, but I found the card yesterday and now cannot locate it after getting new roommates. I suspect it may have been taken, and I am worried someone might try to use it. When I called to report it stolen, I was unable to provide a valid card number since I had not finished activating it previously. I am seeking assistance on how to contact the after-hours support or find another number to report this before tomorrow. The All Access NetSpend number prompted me for a card number which I don't have, but I can provide my SS number or the bank transfer number for direct deposit. Please reach out to me so I can ensure a new card is sent, disconnect the missing one, and prevent any unauthorized use.

I received a text from Netspend regarding a $49 transaction which I denied. Immediately after, my card was canceled and I lost access to my account. I am in urgent need of my funds and request the immediate reactivation of my card. Otherwise, I will withdraw my balance and cease using this service. This experience has left me completely broke and I rely on those funds for daily living expenses. I will escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau if necessary to address these questionable practices.

I have rewritten this message multiple times already. I kindly request the reactivation of my card or access to the remaining funds I deposited on my Netspend card. The deactivation occurred after receiving a text about an online purchase inquiry where I replied "no," resulting in the blocking of my account. I'm seeking immediate access to the funds on the card and prefer not to undergo the process of ordering a new card. I am willing to provide my card number and information upon your prompt response.

I lost my card and requested for it to be deactivated, but there was an issue on their end which is preventing me from accessing my funds. My social security check, rent, and Christmas funds are all locked. I was advised to contact today for a resolution, but the department I need assistance from at Netspend is closed. It's causing me significant stress with Christmas approaching, and I've spent the last two weeks trying to resolve this over the phone. Can someone please help me with this urgent matter?
