Netflix overcharged my account by £*.** - I want a refund please. Netflix advised me yesterday to contact my bank as this was fraud. Just back from my bank who advise that £*.** has gone to Netflix account and therefore Netflix must refund - please provide refund Netflix.
GetHuman-roseej did not yet indicate what Netflix should do to make this right.
