Hi, I was late on a payment on my NFM card. I thought I paid it on February *th but my payment did not go through due to an issue on my phone. I just paid it today but I was charged a late fee of I believe $** for the payment being * days late. Obviously I understand it's my own fault for not checking the first time. However, is there anything I can do to remove the late fee as it was the first time I have been late on payment and I find the charge to be a little extreme. Thank You so much for your help.
